Disorganized from the start.

I wouldn’t even give this trip 1 star but I had to put 1 down to continue. The only thing that Roberts provided was a ride to and from airport. We were picked up after walking around and not finding the Reo’s intent different places they told us to go. After about a half hour, we got someone. The Reo told us one of the meeting spots that were given to us was from 2 years ago and that the pickups from airports are always messed up with Roberts. On the way to the stop where we were to meet a bus for the tour, the shuttle bus broke down so we were told when the light turned red to get out and walk to the Marriott- We got tot the Marriott and there was no representative. We called Roberts to tell them about the shuttle breaking down and that we walked to the Marriott, We were told that the tour bus wouldn’t get us until 10:35- so ho get a cup of coffee…we arrived at 9ish. They did not apologize and I asked about an itinerary and they said Westin should have provided it since we booked through them- the only thing Roberts sent to us was our tour would start at 9. Nothing else’s There was The “tour” was paltry. “Here is where Obama was born in this hospital, here is where Bruno Mars built a HS for his hometown”.It was a tour of the slums of Honolulu. After figuring out everything, our time at Waikiki was the hour or so before the bus picked us up at the hotel and that was not told to us either. So we missed out on that. The gentleman driving was nice enough but I don’t think he did much as in pointers or advice to manage being at Pearl Harbor. I wished I planned this on my own. I don’t mind paying for things that are worth- we paid $575 each and it was not worth it. We were dropped off at the airport at 2:30 for a 5:30 flight. The tour guide said we could hang out in Waikiki but would have to pay for an Uber back- we spent enough on this crappy trip. Don’t go on it.

A perfect Oahu experience!

This was the best tour to give us a look at Oahu life and history. We got out away from the busyness and saw so much of the island. The true jewel was the Dole Pineapple Plantation. What history and what fun. A great gift store, too. So many stops included and lunch in the shade along the north shore. This is a great tour for a family. Plenty to do and time for shorts naps between stops. Vivas our guide added great content and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Kimo….The best tour guide ever

Kimo was an amazing tour guide for our 8 hour trip. He was a very knowledgeable and personable man. He is passionate about his island and shared awesome information while hooking it back to his family and their experiences as original Hawaiians. We took a side trip and met his daughter and two grandchildren who were full of love and hospitality. Every stop we had was made memorable through his passion. We recommend Kimo or Jim for every award as a tour guide and believe his company should give him a huge raise for how he made us feel like family as we took this 10 hour trip. Well worth the time and money. Mahalo, Kimo!
