La Fábrica Femenina era el equivalente femenino de Port Arthur y se utilizó para alojar tanto a mujeres como a niños durante la década de 1820. Era un lugar terrible con sólo las instalaciones más básicas. Aún existen algunas ruinas del edificio y muros originales. Sadly it was too cloudy to see the view from the summit after a wet morning but Sean our guide did his upmost to find an interesting tour . He was very thoughtful , punctual and a careful driver . We saw a platypus cavorting in the wild and he offered to drop us wherever we wanted back in the city . Thanks
