El Otro Lado de SMA, Disfruta el Momento en el Campo Finca Luna Serena es una productora de aceite de oliva residente en el área de San Miguel de Allende, experta con su propio Sommelier Certificado de Aceite de Oliva. Estamos ubicados a menos de diez minutos de SMA. No somos un restaurante tradicional; cocinamos por encargo y, a menudo, ofrecemos cocina con productos que producimos en nuestra granja. Se necesita un aviso con 24 horas de anticipación para la selección del plato principal de cada asistente y cualquier necesidad dietética para que podamos planificar en consecuencia. El transporte, desde el Centro Comercial Luciérnaga, está disponible de forma gratuita con reserva previa.

Finca Luna Serena es una productora de aceite de oliva residente en el área de San Miguel de Allende, experta con su propio Sommelier Certificado de Aceite de Oliva. Estamos ubicados a menos de diez minutos de SMA, tendrá una presentación y discusión sobre los productos del olivo, tendremos una charla sobre la historia de la finca, también aprenderemos sobre el proceso de elaboración del aceite de oliva virgen extra, tendremos una degustación de aceites naturales, un paseo por nuestra propiedad con discusión sobre el manejo de los árboles, tendremos un almuerzo de 5 platos donde degustará - Degustación de Productos de Aceituna * Nuestras Aceitunas Curadas, Tapenade, Pan Tostado, * Nuestros Aceites de Oliva infusionados, Vinagres, Rodajas de Queso de Cabra y terminaremos con un helado de aceite de oliva

This was an amazing tour. Karen was the most gracious guide and we learned a lot about olive oil, production and benefits. The tour was a private one - with only my husband and I. We enjoyed a variety of tastings and a delicious lunch! We are definitely going back next time we are in the area!

Victor and Susan are a delightful couple and their story is so interesting. We learned so much information about olive oil and now I understand the difference in the ‘stuff’ in the store versus their product. What a difference in taste! The tequila was the best I have ever had. Lunch was fun and delicious.
The farm is stunning! I had a great time learning about olive oil with Viktor and Toby. It was interesting tasting the different kinds of olive oils. The drive there is very rough and on a bad road but the fields of prickly pear cactus were fun to see. The included lunch was yummy but not outstanding.
Going to Finca Luna Serena has been one of my best experiences since I moved to San Miguel. And the best value for the time and money. The grounds are stunning. The owners ( Victor and Susan) and staff are bend-over-backwards friendly and accommodating. The tasting lunch was delicious. And I learned so much about olive trees, how olive oil is made, and how committed they are to sustainable agriculture. I am going to go back soon for one of their cooking classes. 🌟 x 10 !!!
This is a wonderful educational and culinary experience! The Finca (boutique ranch) is a beautiful location not far from the heart of San Miguel de Allende. I do recommend taking advantage of the transportation provided even if you have your own transportation. We experienced a walking tour of the property with its many olive trees, gardens, beautiful vistas and olive oil pressing equipment. The tour includes a short lecture on the history of olive oil production which was very enlightening and an exquisite lunch! Overall we experienced way more than expected and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and fellowship of our hosts! I highly recommend this tour as you will definitely enjoy this wonderful experience!
This is one of the most amazing experiences we have done. We were able to learn from Victor about how olive oil is extracted and the importance of its usage. The tasting of the various types of oils was an experience everybody should try.
