Este tour de medio día le mostrará la rica diversidad de la ciudad con hermosas playas, mezquitas, granjas de frutas y mercados. El primer lugar será la Mezquita del Sultán Qaboos. La siguiente parada es Haffa Souq, un mercado tradicional que vende perfumes, ropa, recuerdos y el famoso incienso, a orillas de la playa de Haffa, con playa de arena blanca y cocoteros. El zoco se encuentra en la playa de Haffa (la playa se puede ver desde el zoco y no como una parada separada). La siguiente parada es la parada de degustación de halwa, donde se puede degustar el halwa local omaní: azafrán, dátil, miel y sabor a frutos secos y comprar para llevar a casa como regalo. Ver la granja de plátano, coco y papaya en la siguiente parada. Este lugar tiene cafetería y tetería, buen lugar para sentarse y observar la granja. Hay una pequeña pista de senderismo en la granja. La última parada es Salalah Grand Mall, el centro comercial más grande de Salalah. Variedad de tiendas de perfumes, prendas de vestir y patio de comidas, cafeterías y tiendas departamentales para ir de compras. Ver locales y cultura.

Booked this experience with a guide in English, we found myself and my husband alone with a bus of Poles. Picked up punctually at our hotel with a Polish guide, by bus he only continued to speak Polish even though he spoke perfect English. Arriving at the mosque we found Ahmed there who guided us inside. Then we got back in the bus and were taken to the souk and when we asked Mis Anna how long we could stay she replied to turn to Ahmed. Who just arrived with his car was sent back to the mosque because someone had left something there 🙀 So for us no explanation in English!!! Then another stop without understanding what we could do In the end Ahmed took us with His Car So Ahmed very kind person Ms Anna absolutely unprofessional

We travelled during EID so many places were closed. We did get to go to Mosque, ride by beach and ride by souk. We also rode by the palace.

Interesting tour but the mosque was closed to tourists because of Ramadan. The tomb of the prophet Ayub (Job for Christians) has puzzled us a little ... We expected something bigger! Visiting the souks and other shops allows to finalize the purchase of his souvenirs ... The Museum of Incense explains the history of this culture.

It was a very interesting and very informative half-day city tour accompanied by Rashid - the nicest, most helpful and engaged tour guide we could have.
