Comenzará su día con un guía / conductor profesional para recogerlo en su hotel o residencia en el distrito financiero de Nairobi a las 8:30 am y comenzará el viaje hasta el Museo Nacional de Nairobi. El Museo Nacional de Nairobi fue fundado en 1920 y se estableció en su ubicación actual en 1929. Aquí se aprende sobre la historia del país, su gente, cultura y arte. El museo tiene como objetivo interpretar el rico patrimonio de Kenia y ofrece a los visitantes una muestra del rico patrimonio del país, tanto para la educación como para el ocio. Está abierto todos los 356 días durante todo el año, de 8:30 am a 5:30 pm. También tendrá la oportunidad de visitar SNAKE PARK para ver los diferentes tipos de serpientes.
A las 11:00 am, salga del Museo y comience el viaje hacia el centro de la ciudad donde se estacionará el automóvil y el recorrido iniciará la caminata hacia el parque August Memorial. El Memorial Park del 7 de agosto se encuentra en la escena de la explosión de la bomba de 1998 en la avenida Haile Selassie. Está dedicado a aquellos que perdieron la vida y contiene un tablón de anuncios con sus nombres. Esto llevará 1 hora.
Más tarde, se dirigirá al Centro Internacional de Conferencias Kenyatta, que es un lugar de renombre internacional para conferencias, reuniones, exposiciones y eventos especiales, y se encuentra entre los edificios más altos de Nairobi. Irás a la azotea y disfrutarás de una vista maravillosa y exclusiva de la ciudad. Esto tomará una hora. Today’s Nairobi sightseeing and Maasai Market tour was fantastic from start to finish. Our driver and guide, Steven, was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, very patient, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. He made navigating the city and the market easy, engaging, and stress-free, while sharing great insights and stories along the way. Isaac was the perfect guide. So calm in the inevitable traffic jams, so informative when asked questions. There were just the two of us. We were taken round the National Museum by a very knowledgeable woman. Then the view from the Conference Centre was amazing. We finished at the bombing memorial which we very moving. This is a hugely recommended trip, led by an excellent leader.

As a solo female traveller I took the opportunity to explore Nairobi City with a private guide. Service was prompt and Stephen was profession and enthusiastic and despite the traffic holding us up allowed plenty of time at each venue. I was escorted with a private tour guide at the National Museum, Reptile Park, August 7th Memorial Garden and Beads Factory. Entertaining and informative and a fun way to get an overview of the city! Highly recommended.

This was a great tour through Nairobi. Steven Safari made the trip pleasant, took me to some interesting places where I learned a lot, and enjoyed myself with him. Be ready to go to some historic sites and also some tourist stops were you will almost certainly feel obligated to buy some things to take home.

As a female solo traveller, I felt very comfortable and safe with the very hospitable Steven who expertly navigated Nairobi’s busy roads to provide me with an unforgettable day tour of the city! The museum was an amazing introduction to traditional Kenyan culture and history. I really enjoyed the 360 degrees views of Nairobi from the top of the Convention Centre where Steven explained the city’s layout and development. We then travelled through the slums to the outskirts of Nairobi to visit an enterprise established to empower and support Masai women who make beads from clay from Mt Nairobi. From here, I enjoyed a traditional Kenyan lunch (lots of vege and a type of beef stew with mashed potatoes- yummy!). This was followed by a tour of another enterprise that helps support Masai (woodworking). Steven expertly navigated the congested roads to safely deliver me back to my hotel. Highly recommend this tour and Steven as a guide.
