Tour por la ciudad de Lima, el mercado central y las catacumbas (recogida y devolución)
Descripción
Lo recogeremos de su hotel para dirigirnos al Centro Histórico, donde comenzaremos nuestra caminata y la primera parada será el Mercado Central donde aprenderemos sobre la cultura local de nuestra gente. Después del mercado nos dirigimos a la iglesia más grande de Lima, San Francisco de Asís, donde exploraremos las espeluznantes Catacumbas. Luego comenzamos a caminar por muchas calles populares donde podemos ver el contraste entre iglesias coloniales, mansiones, balcones y tiendas modernas hasta llegar a la Plaza de Armas de Lima. Finalizamos el recorrido en la Plaza San Martín, donde conmemoramos la independencia del Perú en 1821.

Wonderful tour of the main sights in Lima’s historic center. Klaudia the guide was particularly knowledgeable and made the experience memorable.

This was a bilingual tour. The guide Klaudia spoke good English and provided good information. We went to the Mercado and it was interesting to see local fruits and vegetables. She introduced us to the chirimoya fruit which we got to taste. The visit to the catacombs was a little morbid, but interesting. Centre of Lima has several beautiful buildings and churches. All in all was a good tour, giving a quick overview of Lima.
It was a small group so it felt like a private tour. Claudia was knowledgeable and shared lots of good and helpful information to us.
Fantastic tour of Lima if you have a couple of hours to spare. We were really immersed into the history of the historic quarter of Lima. Our guide Klaudia absolutely made it, she was fantastic. Her knowledge of everything from Peru’s history and population, to the weather, the catholic church and even Pisco sours was impressive.
The guide is excellent, has extensive knowledge of the history, and the tour is very enjoyable.
