My Calgary city trip today was very good and I learned a lot from my guide, Master Ann, about the history and present of Ka. His explanation was very professional, thanks to his guide. I hope to use your services later.
The tour gave us a relatively quick and interesting overview of the best of Calgary. The view from Crescent Hill was an unexpected and fun surprise.
Worst tour ever. The tour guide barely spoke English. He took us to 5 stops and said “go take pictures”. There were 3 couples on the tour. One couple left at the first stop. The other couple agreed with us that it was the Worst Tour Ever It was an expensive tour. supposed to be 4 hours and actually was 2. I am going to try and get my money back but am doubtful. This was a waste of time
We’re really sorry to hear this kind of feedback from the you. However, we would like to clarify one point regarding the tour duration. This tour was originally stated to be 3 hours, not 4 hours. According to our records, the tour conducted yesterday lasted the full 3 hours, not just 2 hours as mentioned. Additionally, we have already reached out to you through our customer service team regarding the situation. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused. Please know that we take guest feedback very seriously, and we are currently reviewing this matter internally. We will also be reinforcing staff training to ensure similar issues do not happen in the future. Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention, your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.
Sammie was an awesome guide. Friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a great tour with him. Saw lots of Calgary and went up Calgary Towe.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re glad to hear that Sam provided a friendly and knowledgeable experience, and that you enjoyed exploring Calgary and visiting Calgary Tower. We appreciate you choosing our tour and hope to see you again soon!
This tour was an absolute joke. You are shoved into a mini van, driven to different locations and told to "meet back here in X amount of minutes. It was basically an uber ride from location to location. Don't waste your time or money.
I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience on our tour. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. I'd like to address some of your concerns and offer some insights into our tour structure. Our tours are designed to provide a balance between guided activities and free exploration. Aslo, the use of a minivan is for the convenience of our guests to be in and out in the busy City, ensuring they have a comfortable and efficient mode of transportation between locations, particularly if they are unfamiliar with the area. We take all feedback seriously and will review our tour structure to see if there are any opportunities for improvement. Please feel free to share any specific suggestions you may have to make our tours more enjoyable in the future. Once again, I apologize for the disappointment you experienced, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts
Enjoyable tour. Could been better if the weather had cooperated. Calgary tower was excellent. Bridge on the river also beautiful.
The Driver was difficult to understand and did not seem particularly knowledgeable. One of our stops was the Library, which was not at all what I would have wanted to see on a sightseeing tour!

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. Best regards, Calgary Tours
Unfortunately this was not a very good tour. The driver tried to give us a little history but minimal. Went to Peace Bridge that is under construction. Drive thru old area to see city across river. Went to Prince Island Park for 10 minutes. Went to new Library- that could have been a drive by. Going inside to hurry back to Van silly. The Tower was interesting. A lot of walking which some weren’t able to do. One tourist, I assume, sat in front seat with driver and they spoke to each other in foreign language. Van hard to get in and out of and no offer of step stool. Just all in all not that good.
Dear Valued Customer, We're sorry to hear that your tour experience did not meet your expectations. Enjoyed the narrative from our guide and his enthusiasm - liked the Calgary Tower - really enjoyed the view of downtown Calgary from the overlook above the Bow River. We needed a bigger van, however, very difficult to get in and out of that small van.
The subject matter and stops on the tour were great. We were disappointed with the knowledge of the guide. He was also difficult to understand because of his native accent.
Dear Valued Customer, We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent tour experience. We apologize if the guide's knowledge did not meet your expectations and for any difficulties you experienced with understanding the guide's accent. We will review our guide training processes to improve our future tours. Your input is valuable, and we hope you'll consider touring with us again to experience an enhanced journey.
