Su guía lo recibirá fuera de la entrada de los Museos Vaticanos y, evitando las colas con sus boletos reservados, el recorrido comenzará de inmediato; visitando el Patio Belvedere, el Museo Pio-Clementino y la importante colección de estatuas romanas y griegas antiguas. El recorrido continuará a través de la Galería de Tapices y la Galería de Mapas, ¡posiblemente la colección de mapas del Renacimiento más importante del mundo! En la Sala Sobiesky verás una de las pinturas más grandes del Vaticano y verás los impresionantes frescos que decoran la sala de la Inmaculada Concepción. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about art history and topics relevant to the Vatican and the Catholic Church, etc. Our guide deserves five stars for how she assisted us. The main thing I would like to add is that we had tickets for 9 AM and then we later found out that our tickets were moved to 2:30 PM. We think the experience would’ve been better earlier in the day which is what we had signed up for. It just so happened that we found out at the last minute that our ticket time of 9 AM was wrong. If we hadn’t gotten that message, we would’ve been waiting for our guide for the 9 AM so this issue in the system has hopefully been corrected. This in no way was the fault of our tour guide. It would’ve also been helpful to know ahead of time that we had to stand in the long line before going into the Vatican even though we had paid for a private tour and we were getting a wheelchair. It would’ve been helpful to have this information and it would’ve also been helpful if the guide could’ve assisted us by standing at the end of the long line for us so we could join her at that security entrance and then wouldn’t have to stand in the long line. A number of us who don’t use wheelchairs have walking and standing issues therefore this would’ve been greatly appreciated. This aspect of things made us feel like the tour got short changed on the other end, but we do not blame the guide for this situation. Overall, we would still recommend this tour to others with wheelchair needs, and we definitely give high marks to our wonderful guide.

We had a fantastic tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel with Tommaso, whose archeological expertise brought the art and history to life in such a meaningful way. Accessibility was excellent, our mother was in a wheelchair, and he knew the best routes and elevators, making the experience smooth and inclusive. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind, we highly recommend him, especially for those who value accessibility and want deeper insights from someone with true archaeological knowledge.
We had heard there was going to be a long line. We booked the store in advance having Thomas as our guide was a godsend. He’s a wonderful man very well spoken we went and they skipped the line and were quickly into the museum. Thomas talked to us beforehand explained the Sistine chapel with pictures to let us know what to expect and we have a wonderful miracle of three hours with Thomas to see the sites. I don’t believe there would be any comparison with standing in line, especially with a wheelchair. I believe that line was 2 to 3 hours long behind us. The tour was amazing and it was a blessing, and we thanked Thomas for his kindness and professionalism, and just being a wonderful human being, thank you
