Lugares y horarios de recogida
Si eliges la opción con recogida incluida (“Tour en Grupo – Hasta 8 personas” o “Tour Privado”), recibirás la hora exacta de recogida el día anterior por email, SMS o WhatsApp. Además, tendrás a tu disposición una gama de ubicaciones y hoteles para elegir, por favor selecciona el que esté más cerca de tu alojamiento. Las recogidas en los lugares predeterminados son solo para clientes que hayan comprado esa opción ("Tour en grupo - Hasta 8 personas" o "Tour privado").

- Los bebés y los niños pequeños pueden ir en un cochecito o en una silla de paseo
- Hay opciones de transporte público disponibles en las cercanías
- Hay asientos o sillas infantiles disponibles
- Adecuado para todos los niveles de aptitud física
- La confirmación se recibirá en el momento de la reserva;
- Los padres deben llevar la silla de bebé ajustada a la edad del bebé (1 a 3 años). Solo tenemos asientos disponibles después de los 4 años.
- Este tour puede realizarse en dos idiomas. Tratamos de evitarlo, pero a veces no tenemos otra solución.
- Opción privada se hace en un vehículo privado solo con su guía privado. Los viñedos y el resto de localizaciones se comparten con otros participantes.
- Para el almuerzo ofrecemos carne, pescado, opción vegana y vegetariana.
- Las reprogramaciones con menos de 24 horas antes del inicio del tour tendrán un cargo del 30% (sujeto a disponibilidad);
- No recomendamos que reserve o programe diferentes actividades al final del tour. Aunque el tour puede durar 9/10 horas, la duración puede variar dependiendo de las condiciones del tráfico y otros factores.
- Tenga en cuenta que las actividades que visitamos, como viñedos, restaurantes, etc., están sujetas a la disponibilidad de terceros y otros grupos / participantes pueden estar con su grupo durante la experiencia.
- Horarios e itinerario pueden cambiar sin previo aviso.
- El servicio de recogida solo está disponible para aquellos que elijan la opción "Viaje en Grupo Pequeño - Hasta 8 personas" y "Viaje Privado".
- Por favor, asegúrese de desayunar. Ten en cuenta que probablemente solo nos detendremos en la primera actividad. Puede que no tengamos tiempo de hacer una parada en boxes antes de llegar al primer viñedo.
- En la opción privada, los bebés o niños deben reservarse como un adulto / lugar individual. Los precios mostrados son por grupo/vehículo.

Our tour guide Tiago was absolutely amazing. Super nice, informative and really cool. Kept everyone engaged and made the experience super enjoyable. We traveled with our family and we have a 2 year old toddler. A car seat was provided and they were super accommodating and patient. I highly recommend this tour especially if Tiago is your tour guide. 5 stars!

Our tour guide, Sara was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. We went to two small quintas where the staff were just like her. The food at the second Quinta was delicious even with the number of people they were serving. I would highly recommend this small group tour. The cost was comparable to larger group tours.

Excellent guide. Well- organised tour. Very interesting visits to vineyards and very good guides at the vineyards. Nice boat trip. However…. we were sitting in the back row of the minibus….. I was in an extremely small, cramped , uncomfortable, windowless seat…. next to the side of the bus. The four seats in the back row were smaller than the other seats in the minibus. The window stopped just behind the seat in front. Trying to look at sights being pointed out by the guide was a waste of time…. leaning forward with the seat belt on was pretty difficult. The bus journeys totalled more than 3 hours, so this was very unpleasant and unsatisfactory. The number of people on the tour should have been reduced so that the back row of the bus was not used.
