Conoce la época más turbulenta de la historia de Belfast. Descubre cómo surgieron las tensiones que acabaron llevando a los estallidos de violencia y terrorismo de los años 70. Ven a ver cómo los vecinos de Belfast homenajean a sus héroes en los murales de sus barrios. Visita los barrios donde sucedió todo: las protestas ciudadanas, los ataques contra la población civil y los enfrentamientos entre el IRA y los grupos paramilitares protestantes. Visitaremos lugares importantes para ambos lados del conflicto, como Muro de la Paz Internacional y los jardines memoriales construidos por uno y otro bando, para concluir viendo el proceso de paz en Irlanda del Norte y la desaparición de la violencia en las calles.

Nos encontraremos frente a la puerta del ayuntamiento para la introducción al tour
Nos acercaremos hasta Divis Tower y conoceremos la importancia del edificio como puesto de observación durante los conflictos.
Conoceremos el significado detrás de algunos de los murales del muro internacional de la paz, dedicados a las causas con las que se identifican los republicanos de Belfast
Siguiendo por Falls Road, pasaremos junto a un jardín del recuerdo dedicado a los miembros de la división "D" del IRA para posteriormente detenernos bajo el mural de Bobby Sands
Seguimos nuestro camino por Cupar Way, pasando junto al muro de la paz, donde podremos dejar nuestro propio mensaje de paz acompañado de nuestra firma
En Shankill Road nos acercaremos al lado menos conocido de los conflictos visitando por murales dedicados a los heroes del barrio o el memorial a las víctimas inocentes en el atentado contra el pub Bayardo.

Tour guide was super helpful and knew a lot about both aspects. We had some tough weather but she kept it positive and we ended up learning a lot.
I was with my family and friends (6 people group) in Belfast earlier this week. We decided to hire a private tour with this company and Andrés attended us. Andres is a machine. Great knowledgeable about the history and idiosyncrasies of not only Belfast but Northern Ireland as a whole. As you travel with him you are taking a dive into the streets, characters, legends and stories of this beautiful and long-suffering city. He tells it all hard without becoming tedious. Delve in on request and also gave us some luxury stops in unforgettable pubs and cafes that you would skip if you went on your own. He explained the history of the conflict in a very clear and close way, and solved all our questions so that we could understand everything without problem. Daiji ( David) was really good guide, we really enjoyed the tour although initially it was booked in Spanish-speaking but the guide had an inconvenience and they suggested to us join the English-speaking one. 💯
