My husband and I went on tour with Evelyn, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had the opportunity to stop for pictures, walk in the park flower gardens and shopping or food. I definitely would do it again. It was a great way to see things and take pictures and away from the hustle and bustle.
Came off of NCL Bliss with no plan and got a decent price for a 2 hour pedicab tour with the lovely Jaden as our tour guide. This is an electric assisted pedicab and we had 4 ppl. We went through a historic neighborhood and onto the beautiful Beacon Hill Park with plenty of photos opportunities. Then onto the Legislative building, Empress Hotel, and Chinatown all with photo stops and tour commentary. We even stopped for slices of pizza and souvenir shopping as special requests. It was great to get away from the crowds and see Victoria at as the sun was setting and at night. Victoria is very beautiful and the pedicab ride was relaxing. Jaden even had blankets for us as it got chilly and we got dropped off right at the ship. I highly recommend Victoria Pedicab. If you can book in advance, request Jaden!
Walked off the ship not knowing what to do and saw the pedicabs and thought why not. Was a great decision. Julie French was our guide and she was absolutely the most amazing woman. She was extremely knowledgeable about the city and knew so much about the history of the area. I guess having been born and raised there helped a lot. If I could rate her above 5stars I would. I highly recommend her and her company for a great tour of Victoria. She also knows How long !
We had a several-hour late evening port stop in Victoria and booked an affordable pedicab tour with local artist Renee Audy. Renee customized the route to our interests, showed us historic Victoria homes, led us through Beacon Hill Park (where we saw peacocks, owls, herons, deer and a raccoon), and toured downtown highlights like Parliament, the Empress Hotel, and Chinatown. She even detoured for a late-night Tim Hortons doughnut. Engaging, knowledgeable, and punctual— she returned us to the ship with time to spare. A personalized, memorable tour with zero walking— 10/10 highly recommended.
This was the only stop on the cruise I decided to wing it. We knew that there was some options when we got off the ship. While walking out of Canadian Customs we were approached by a few different carriages and bikes. After listening to the in descriptions and pictures of what they can show us on the tour we decided to with the Pedicab. Some of our decision was meeting Alex. He wasn't pushy and had a good attitude and also was excited we came back to choose him. I'm so glad we did! Not only did he have a great personality he went in depth of tour while biking us around. With the one on one conversations it seemed personal which you don't get from alot of excursions,usually it can seemed scripted. Alex was humorous and took his time biking through different areas of Victoria. We were concerned about seeing everything when the lights illuminate the city and he promised we will see them even if he slows down a little bit of tour to time it right, and we weren't let down. We've been talking about how much we enjoyed Victoria it's a beautiful city and I do give credit to Alex for the excellent tour guiding which made it so memorable and we will return. Most likely to stay a night and enjoy it more. Thanks Pedicab Tours and to Alex this is by far one of our top excursions. I'm so glad we decided to wing it and chose Alex as our guide!
John was very attentive, as soon as we got off the boat there wasn’t much directions unless you booked an excursion. He came up to us and explained everything and we rode with him to town. He was very nice and I liked that he talked about the local trees and plants because I really like learning about those. After he dropped us off in town he also told us how to get back to the ship. I was comfortable and enjoyed my ride with John!
