I will start by saying, NOTHING BEATS A PASSIONATE TOUR GUIDE! This guy was incredibly entertaining and seemed to know all the back stories like the back of is hand. His name was Candler, like Chandler without the H..😊. I could tell right from the start when he introduced himself… I’m gonna like this tour guide. His delivery of all the interesting historical facts and myths about where all the paranormal activities surrounding Savannah came from was so passionate I felt obligated to post a review. And to top it off, I will say our group was enormous and he handled the crowd like a champ. Oh yeah, if you ever see an orange striped #13 pool ball rolling down those steps in the picture I included… RUN!

Worst communication and we missed it then denied a refund after we literally ran 4 blocks to catch it to be told we were at the wrong place
We need to correct several inaccuracies in this review. The only communication we received from you before the tour was a message asking, “Where does it start?” approximately two hours before departure. We promptly replied with a detailed description of the meeting location, including the exact GPS address. This was in addition to the meeting instructions already provided in your Viator confirmation. We received no phone call, no additional message, and no indication that you were having difficulty finding the tour. At 8:10 p.m., after the tour had already departed, we received a refund request through Viator stating that you had booked the wrong tour. You were therefore recorded as a no-call, no-show. Our tour departed as scheduled from the clearly stated meeting location, and refunds are not issued when guests miss a tour despite receiving complete arrival instructions. Claiming that this resulted from “the worst communication” is simply not supported by the actual communication record.
Brenna was a hoot! Incredibly knowledgeable, hilarious, and spooky!! 10/10. She had the inside scoop only a local would know, even about places outside our tour! You name it, she knew it.

More historical property information not so much haunted or paranormal in my opinion but guide was entertaining and knowledgeable

Emma was a great story teller. We had done a ghost tour years ago (without kids) and this one was completely different, in a good way. We learned a lot! Our kids were 8 and 11.

Brenna did a good job even with her corny jokes. We were what she’d call the drag along and came with our skeptical thoughts but wanting to do something very ‘Savannah’ and get some history. The historical information was great and even the ghost story parts to it was a fun listen. It’s an easy walk and plenty of time to look at the homes on the tour.
