It was hot and the air conditioning, and the van could not keep up. The driver did not provide any on-site attraction narrative, like other tours we saw
Driver was knowledgeable and kind
Thanks for your business
Run from this operator - Do not use! The tour guide, Franko was rude, unprofessional, condescending, unfriendly, unknowledgeable and sarcastic. He was very belittling and disrespectful to my 16 year old nieces who were visibly very uncomfortable and did not want to continue with the tour. He said unnecessary and rude things about a competitor sitting off to the side of the road. We ended up feeling like prisoners in the van after he refused to share the itinerary with us or advise at what point we were going to be able to get out and take any pictures. He lied an about the Washington monument being closed. He did not know the names of parks or statutes and other items of interest that we psssed by. We did not receive the service or the experience represented.
Thanks for your review,
Excellent guide. Very talkative. However the view of the White House was limited. 😟
Thanks for your review we appreciate your business.
Great way to hear the history of the monuments and see. Bobby was knowledgeable and kept us updated and didn’t make us feel rushed.
Thanks for your review and business
The tour person did Not have our reservation and we had to call someone and then send a copy of our reservation. He blamed our reservation not being on his list due to booking with an "outside company ". The guide was highly political which was unprofessional since people of all backgrounds were on the trip. He claimed to know Every driver and tour bus but had only been doing this since April 10, 2026. He stopped at only two places for photos and one was the MLK memorial that he bragged heavily about. When he dropped us off we asked about a restaurant in the area and he told us to walk down the block and we would see it but refused to tell us the name. He did however drive an African American couple directly to that same place. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
We Thank You for your review and business.
I was really disappointed with this tour and felt it was a waste of money. I usually enjoy tours like this because a good guide brings the city to life with stories, history, humour and local insight. Unfortunately, this felt less like a guided tour and more like being driven around by a man in a van who occasionally pointed out buildings. The information given was very brief, with little depth or personality. The guide’s tone also felt quite brusque, and when questions were asked, he either did not understand them or simply ignored them. Either way, it made the experience feel awkward and unengaging. The tour was advertised as lasting three hours, but it only lasted around two. Washington DC has so much history and character, so this could have been a brilliant experience. Sadly, it was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend it.
We strive to create a good experience and we intend to do better in the future. Thanks for your feedback.
Unfortunately it was actually hard to see at night through the van windows, at times we would get out and could see better, but even still I think a daytime tour would actually be a better option. The driver offered commentary and historical facts but was not the most engaging, compared to many other tours I’ve been on. So, not the worst, but wasn’t our favourite.
Thanks for your review we strive to be as good as possible.
The driver was horrible, not friendly and didn’t answer many questions. With many streets being closed and unable to see many of the items on this tour. I should’ve been notified to make the decision to cancel. Instead the driver was crude and lacked communication skills
Road closures was due to US Army 250th anniversary hence some of the closures.
It’ rained and all roads were blocked, we all should have gotten a refund. I’ve been on his tour bus before and it was great but not not this time. Very disappointed.
Road closures was due to Army's 250th anniversary. it was beyond our control.
