We never got to the pickup point due to attendance at wrong location. 4 police and 5 taxis drivers said we at the proper location but they were all wrong
We’re sorry you missed the tour. As you mentioned, you were not at the correct meeting point. Our staff tried to reach you several times by phone, but unfortunately your phone was switched off and we couldn’t assist you in time. The meeting point information is clearly stated in the booking confirmation and on Viator. We always recommend guests to double-check the location in advance to ensure a smooth start to the tour. We hope to have the chance to welcome you on one of our tours in the future.
Book this. Don’t wait. We did three tours in Rome and this was by far the best! Rome at night is spectacular and Frederico our tour guide was the best there is! Very knowledgeable and showed us everything!

We had a great time with our guide. She was very knowledgeable and fun. She spent tons of time with us and never rushed us, took pics for us - we had a great time with her. The pickup was a little confusing but we got it figured out. She was great and we had a great time. Really cool way to see lots of sites without walking them all - plus it was neat to see at night.

If you want to see the wonders of Rome, at night is the best time! Even better, is on a golf cart! Travel in Rome tour company provided the cart, and Stefano our driver was excellent! His knowledge, wit and charm made for a wonderful night around the new and old parts of Rome. We stopped at all the must see spots where we were afforded time for photo ops and commentary on the significance. Stefano brought us to an excellent pizzeria, which made the best Napolitano pizza! That is a bold thing to say since there is a pizzeria every 30 feet in Rome, but we’ve tried many, and this one is the best we’ve had. We then stopped at award winning Gunther Gelato Italiano. Now we know why it is award winning! Not to be missed while in Rome! Stefano was an excellent host and driver, so when in Rome…take a golf cart tour at night with Stanfano, you’ll be happy you did!

Every thing as advertised except gelato and a gift. The tour was advertised for 2.5-3 hours. Ours was over in two. That being said the tour guide and driver were outstanding

It is written that tour last between 120 and 150 minutes (2-2.5h). we really apologise about the souvenir, the guide probably didn't have time to prepare it since you booked the tour 30 minutes before the starting time and he was arriving from the previous tour. We are glad that you enjoyed the tour!

This tour is great and offers orientation to Rome’s best icons and features. For us, with only one full day and night in Rome, zipping around in a golf-cart was the magic answer to our huge problem of not getting to see enough of Rome. The day turned to dusk then to night which transformed the city into a romantic magical lit-up wonder too big for words. Our guide/driver was Fede, a lovely young man who is full of passed down knowledge and a passion for his home city. He made this tour truely ours as we could choose the length of some of the stops and Fede was super flexible while showing us all the iconic sites we hoped for. The experience of Fede’s tour, zooming around in a golf cart and the informative chats and talks was so much fun! It was breezy and cool after a day in the high 30’s. A further and very lovely highlight was the connection Fede offered us- not just to his proud and beautiful city but his passion to share his knowledge and pass on valuable information, and inform and teach others about it. We had a fantastic tour and highly recommend Fede and this experience.
