El tour en bicicleta eléctrica nos permite movernos sin ningún esfuerzo, para disfrutar de la agradable brisa nocturna de verano: mientras la bicicleta eléctrica nos guía en silencio total, cruzamos uno de los puentes sobre el río Arno y llegamos a uno de los más famosos y Lugares escénicos encantadores, donde admirar la asombrosa belleza de toda la ciudad desde arriba: la Plaza de Michelangelo. Durante la parada en esta hermosa "terraza", podremos observar todos los principales monumentos que hicieron de Florencia, una de las principales obras maestras góticas y renacentistas existentes: ¡una vista maravillosa que permanecerá para siempre en nuestra memoria!

Gabriel fitted us up with e-bikes, helmets and water for our evening tour making sure that everyone was a confident pedaller. We set off with stops en route for him to explain points of interest and reached the high point at Piazzale Michelangelo overlooking the city. Gabriel explained that a better view of the sunset over Florence could be had at Abbazia di San Miniato al Monte (its white facade visible from down in the city) as the crowds are fewer and a better picture can be got from there. (BTW Franco Zeffirelli is buried there). So with this information, we walked up the following evening to catch the sunset. On the return ride to the city we passed through the old gateway through the walls and stopped off at the floodlit Basilica di Santa Croce where Gabriel gave more of his knowledge of its history. I highly recommend this tour to you.

Gabriel was an awesome tour guide, suuuuper knowledgeable and funny and kind. The city is even more beautiful and manageable at night, and we saw much more of it than we could ever cover on foot (especially lovely to have ebike for the uphill climb to Piazzale Michelangelo). Lots of inside scoop from Gabriel on modern life in Florence AND historical perspectives on now vs then. Gelato at the end was a great finish!

This was a really worthwhile experience. Our small group of 3 were the only ones who scheduled this tour, so we got a very intimate experience. Our guide (Allesso?) was excellent, and biking at night was delightful. The views were simple amazing. It was the perfect way to begin our time in Firenze.

Wasn’t able to make it after being delayed by the same company’s earlier trip. Asked multiple times throughout the day for a refund because we were leaving the next day but would not accommodate. I understood the 24 hour refund policy, but when arrived in the morning they told us it might be late and I emailed them immediately and they would not be flexible.

After reviewing the situation with our operations team, we found that you had booked two tours for the same day, with the return time of one overlapping with the start of the bike tour. On the morning of the tours, when our guide explained the schedule, you contacted our operations office to inquire about canceling the bike tour. Unfortunately, as per our cancellation policy, refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Therefore, it was not possible to cancel the e-bike night tour on such short notice. Moreover, since the bike tour is a shared experience and not a private one, it is not possible to change the timing at will. Wow!!!!!! This was an amazing tour! Our guide Gabrielle was outstanding! We had a variety of bike skill in our group…even our 73yr old mamma nailed it! The guide was funny, kind, knowledgeable and just excellent to lead us around the city! We really enjoyed our time! I definitely would recommend this adventure!!! Thank you again Gabrielle!
