Itinerario

I had a wonderful time. An amazing way to tick off multiple bucket list items within a few hours. Thanks to the earpieces there was no need to huddle in the heat and people could explore at their own pace. For our tour there was lots of road blocks but the guide was able to adapt and overcome. Very well priced since it includes snacks.
due to the 4th of july holiday, routes were changed. very disorganized. weather was extremly hot. driver kept turning the bus off at each stop which made the bus hot and very unconfotable. i would not visit DC or take this tour again. i should get a full refund
What a fantastic trip! The guide, owner, and driver all worked together to give us a great experience. We were out during very high temps and dealing with road closures due to Celebration 250 activities. They steadily gave out lots of water and even snacks to keep us all hydrated. And the bracelets! We had no idea how fun and helpful that was to find other group members and know if we were lagging behind.
Was great trip. Did a great job working around all the closures due to the 250th celebration
Our tour guide David and driver James were the BEST! There were a lot do road closures due to preparing for Fourth of July but they tackled it like champs and got us to our destinations. From the moment we booked the trip we felt like we were in great hands. We received all the info we needed about the trip. We even got a phone call and a text message. When got to the pick up area we were greeted and received a warm welcome. The bus was clean, cool and we lived the personal headsets. We went with two children ages 11 and 12 and they absolutely loved the night time tour. It was informative, funny and an overall great memory. The snacks, waters and glow bracelets were a lively addition we received. Highly recommend!
I want to give a huge shout-out to Jose (our chauffeur) and David (our tour guide) from DC Nation Tours & Travel's Magical LED Night Tour! Jose went above and beyond by expanding the sightseeing coverage and thoughtfully assisting a fellow tour member with a mobility scooter, carefully loading and unloading it from the tour vehicle. His kindness and dedication were truly impressive. David is clearly a seasoned veteran in the industry—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of humor. His insightful commentary made every stop even more enjoyable. Together, Jose and David made this tour an unforgettable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guides! We all enjoyed the tour!
My husband and I visited DC from Florida. Our tour guide was David. He was AMAZING! So worth it!
Excellent tour. Earpieces were great, could go anywhere and still hear our tour guide Rose who was very knowledgeable. Saw all the monuments that were advertised. Only thing that could improve was van was a little cramped and hard to get in and out of .
Very good overview of DC and Rose was a good guide. Appreciate the bottled water and snack provided. Unfortunately, the bus was super HOT blowing out heat in the summer so we’re all sweating and couldn’t focus on what the guide was saying while in the bus. It should not be operating without a working AC. The windows should be opened.
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort and frustration you experienced during your tour. We would like to explain that the same bus completed our morning service without any issues, and unfortunately, we were unaware that an electrical fault had developed which caused the air conditioning system to stop working during your tour. Had we known about the issue beforehand, we would never have sent the vehicle out for service. That said, we fully understand that this does not change the experience you had. We recognize that spending the tour in a bus without air conditioning, especially in warm conditions, was uncomfortable and far below the standard of service we strive to provide. We are particularly sorry that this affected your enjoyment of the tour. Please know that customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we take feedback like yours very seriously. While the tour itself was completed, we agree that the transportation experience did not meet our usual standards. As a gesture of goodwill and our sincere apology, we would like to offer you a partial refund. If you would like to proceed with the refund, please contact our office at 571-969-9558, and our team will be happy to assist you. We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and operations teams to ensure this issue is thoroughly investigated and to help prevent a similar situation from occurring in the future. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
