This tour was exactly what I was looking for, a tour of the old town, river, bridges and a view from the castle. Niklas was very informative, funny and showed he cared about his group. Walking up to the castle could prove challenging for some but Niklas made sure everyone was good. Would highly recommend this tour.
Thanks so much for your positive review!
Nick was a great guide and lots of good information, would recommend to others. Good tour of the old city of nuremberg.
Thank you for leaving a 5-star review!
Very informative, well paced. Dimtri did a very good job. We explored from the train station through to the castle.
Thank you very much for your positive review!
Although our guide was very knowledgeable regarding the history of Germany and Nuremberg, I felt his language at times and choice of photos he shared with the group were inappropriate.
Sorry to hear you thought the guide was at times inappropriate. I talked to the guide and he wasn't really sure what you were referring to and you also don't specify in your review what you thought was inappropriate. Germany is not a puritan or prudish culture and, to be honest, cultural differences are part of travelling.
Niklas was an AMAZING tour guide. Very informative and humorous. It was a great experience. A bit of a climb to the castle but definitely worth the calf workout.
Thanks so much for your enthusiastic review!
Nick was fantastic! Very informative and enlightening. Nick mixed humor with information, telling stories and making points to make sure we knew what was fact and what was believed. Also, he kept a great pace and still made time to answer all questions. Was a highlight of our visit.
Glad that you enjoyed the tour so much and thanks for leaving a review!
Great very good English. Would have.lukes to visit the churches but saw them the next day. Lovely xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxzzzzzzz Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxzzzzzzzzzzxxx
Thank you for your review.
~ walking up steep hills! There was also a second half of the tour that some of us did not know about. A bloody shame ~ I wanted to try the red beer, sigh. We also passed a closed church because they were filming an English show. We saw the extras standing around outside. I laughed really hard because the knight when he walked, squeaked! His shoe/ foot coverings were rubber! Ha!
Thank you for your review. Just to be clear, there is exactly one (1) not particularly steep hill (singular) on the tour.
Hannes (“Johannes” minus the “Jo”) is a great guide; knowledgeable, funny, and helpful! The walk was fun and only slightly strenuous.
Glad you enjoyed the tour and thank you for your review!
The tour was wonderful and very informative, our tour guide Khris was genial, comical and knowledgeable. We viewed many sites and received a lot of information regarding the history of this historic town. We highly recommend to everyone.
