Tour Isla de los Lobos, Faro Les Eclaireurs y Pingüinera
Descripción
Realizamos la excursión lobos, pájaros y faro y luego nos dirigimos hasta la Isla Martillo donde podrán conocer las 2 colonias de pingüinos que habitan la zona. En la navegación tienen incluido un certificado de navegación.

Itinerario
Navegaremos hacia el Este disfrutando de los maravillosos paisajes del canal y las montañas que lo rodean, allí divisaremos sobre la costa Argentina Puerto Almanza y sobre la costa Chilena la Base Naval Puerto Williams, y luego llegaremos a la Isla Martillo donde tendremos la oportunidad de ver una colonia de Pingüinos Magallánicos y algunos ejemplares de pingüinos Papúa.
Navegaremos alrededor de la Isla de los Pájaros donde podremos apreciar la avifauna fueguina. Observaremos: Skúas, Albatros de Ceja Negra, Patos Vapor, Cauquenes, Gaviotas Cocineras y Gaviotas Grises
Al llegar al Faro Les Eclaireurs (Los Iluminadores), podremos ver las colonias de Cormoranes Imperiales y Cormoranes Roqueros mientras escuchamos la historia del hundimiento del SS Monte Cervantes que protagonizó en 1930.

Very good company representative who walked us to the catamaran. They wee extremely helpful in risking our paperwork and getting us on board
We booked the Navegacion Pinguinera through Excursion Austral travel agency and the process was very easy and fast. The catamaran ride was pleasant, with lots of info received during the sailing, we viewed lots of birds and animals, and on our way back the catamaran had an extra stop because we spotted a whale. All in all, a nice exerience that worth every penny (well, pesos 😊)

We've been hiking today at 9:00 a.m. They explained that to see the penguins, they make sure that all the people turn on the boat so that they can see them all, since the boat is still and if not, those who are not in the front row of the outside of the boat could not see it. Nothing further from reality, people were not moving from the front and workers were not doing anything to make them comply. Not even telling them we couldn't see it has they done anything to fix it. After paying 160 euros per person, we have seen the penguins from afar and over the people. Very bad service.

La embarcación vara en la playa y permanece detenida aproximadamente 30 minutos, tiempo durante el cual todos los pasajeros tienen la posibilidad de observar a los animales, ya que el barco no se encuentra en movimiento. La nave utilizada es un catamarán moderno, especialmente preparado para este tipo de excursiones, con amplia cubierta frontal abierta que permite la observación desde distintos ángulos, no solo desde una primera fila. Entendemos que, en momentos de alta demanda, la percepción individual puede variar, y tomamos su comentario como una oportunidad para seguir mejorando la organización y el acompañamiento a bordo. Worst experience ever! Do NOT go with this company. Myself and at least 5 others who I happened to speak with on the tour were all upset and disappointed. After MANY hours of siting inside a boat we finally got to the penguins. You had to wait in line so everybody on the boat had a chance to look.But the people who paid for photos were in the way of all of the photos that I wanted to take. I literally got two minutes to look at the penguins. During my 2 minutes, another boat came by and literally blocked the entire Colony of penguins to the left.So you could only see a tiny bit. They said we could wait in line again to see them again , but the captain decided to leave after ten minutes , total with the penguins. Absolutely outrageous. Do not go. Go to Tombo if you really want a good penguin experience. Btw, I contacted the operator and they didn't even bother to respond to me.

The vessel beaching remains stationary for approximately 30 minutes, during which time all passengers have the opportunity to observe the animals, as the boat is not moving. The vessel used is a modern catamaran, specially equipped for this type of excursion, with a large open front deck that allows for observation from different angles, not just from the front row. This tour realized my expectations to view the scenery and wildlife of the Beagle Channel. The boat was comfortable with adequate areas to view and photograph. Coffee and snacks we're available on board. Staff is friendly and good explanations were provided of the area we traveled through. I'm happy to recommend this trip and company.

The starting time was 15hs. We ran fast and ran to get there on time. They kept us waiting 40 minutes until we left. The tour lasted no more than 2 hours. The photos we were taken were terrible nothing to do with the proposal.

Queremos aclararte que, como se informa en todos nuestros canales, el horario de presentación para el embarque es 30 minutos antes de la salida, dado que se trata de una operación con un catamarán que transporta hasta 200 personas y navega por el Canal Beagle. Es posible que el embarque demore algunos minutos más debido a razones operativas o de seguridad, pero siempre trabajamos para cumplir con los horarios previstos. En cuanto a la duración del tour, las excursiones Isla de Lobos tienen una duración aproximada de 2 horas y media, y la excursión a la Pingüinera dura alrededor de 5 horas, cumpliéndose ambos recorridos sin excepción. Respecto a las fotos, los pasajeros pueden verlas, seleccionarlas y decidir si desean adquirirlas o no, sin compromiso alguno. Lamentamos que el tour no haya estado a la altura de tus expectativas, pero consideramos inapropiado el uso del término “mentira” en el título, ya que todos los servicios se brindaron según lo estipulado. I'm writing to report the terrible service provided by the company. No one has contacted us at any time even to provide information. When we arrived at the venue, we were informed that the catamaran had left at 9:30hs unlike 10:30hs informed in the voucher. We had made other programs for the afternoon to see the sunset and solar eclipse, but unfortunately we will have to resume the tour for 15:30hs. At no time have we even been apologized for the disruption. Bad experience.

Spectacular!!!! It was worth it. With a guide that gives you information at every moment. I don't touch the joy of seeing 3 whales and dolphins along the way. The super attentive crew. VERY recommendable
