I booked the private 2 hour tour for my family to celebrate the 250th on Saturday July 4th! Ryan our guide provided a fantastic experience and was quite knowledgeable about the history of St. Augustine. We got to see so much of the area in 2 hours- highly recommend the private tour. I would definitely book this again when returning to St. Augustine!

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable of the history of St. Augustine. His personality and enthusiasm added to the value of the tour. Was a great hour with just my family learning.
My friends and I wanted to do a trolley tour but the cost was ridiculous. Even if Kev was charging the same, I would choose him. Why? You're supporting a small business AND you can interact with him. The trolley businesses follow a script and there is no chance to expand on the facts. My friends and I were able ask questions and Kev gladly answered them. He clearly loves his job and loves being with people. The best part was when we drove past the Fountain of Youth park and interacting with a peacock.
Super informative, fun and engaging tour! Our guide was awesome. There is so much history in St. Augustine that we were unaware of. Our group ranges in age from 26 to 79 and everybody loved it.
We would highly recommend this tour if you would like an excellent history tour of St. Augustine. We have taken several other historical tours but this one exceeded our expectations. Blaze did an incredible job!
We booked the tour. No one picked us up at our destination. Also, no one responded to our request for information on what happened.
Our party of 4 took a pedicab to see the Christmas lights and we had the best experience!! Our guide, Mark, was a St. Augustine native. He really knew his way around and we were able to see everything even though the traffic was ridiculous. We had an elderly person with us and Mark was very considerate of him. We called the company twice with changes and their customer service was amazing. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!
Overall, we are not happy with the organiser... we had booked a tour for two with our dog. According to the website, it looked as if this was really a tour for my wife, our little dog and me. Nowhere did it say that we would be packed into a trolley with five other strangers. When I complained about this at the start of the tour, I was simply told that a tour just for us would have been more expensive, but I hadn't found anything else on the website. I would have been happy to pay more if this had been made clear, as it was a gift for my wife. The Christmas glasses, which were supposed to be included in the price, were not handed out but "forgotten". Here is the text of the booking I made: 1 Two People & a Dog Tour - Holiday Light Viewing Glasses included! I was very disappointed myself, but didn't say anything to my wife so she wouldn't be disappointed. The only positive thing was the tour guide in his kilt from Trolly No. 7, he was perfect and entertained us well and informatively. However, I would not book this company again and would not recommend it.
Ryan was fantastic! They need better descriptions on the parking locations that are free in St Augustine, FL. Liked the individual attention; much better than the larger trolley tours.
