Heraklion es la capital de Creta y una de las ciudades más fascinantes y vibrantes de la región mediterránea, con muchos monumentos históricos para visitar. Está lleno de lugares por descubrir. Knossos es uno de ellos, el laberinto mítico y antigua capital de la Creta minoica, hace 5000 años. Realiza este tour y combina una visita al centro de la ciudad y al Palacio de la Civilización Minoica.

Itinerario
Empezaremos a recoger a los participantes en los puntos de recogida por la mañana. Dependiendo del lugar de su hotel/apartamento, el viaje en autobús será diferente.
Knossos, el laberinto mítico y la antigua capital de la Creta minoica, hace 5000 años. Nuestros participantes ingresarán al sitio arqueológico con nuestro representante para asistir a una visita guiada de aproximadamente 1 hora y 20 minutos y luego disfrutarán de tiempo libre para tomar fotos y admirar el histórico lugar minoico. Los participantes deben hacer fila para recibir sus boletos y entrar al Palacio.
Después de dejar el Palacio de Knossos, nuestro autobús nos llevará a la ciudad de Heraklion. Allí, los participantes asistirán a una visita guiada por el centro de la ciudad y la parte histórica de Heraklion, seguida de 2h30min de tiempo libre en el antiguo mercado para caminar, tomar fotos y hacer compras. Opcional: La visita al Museo Arqueológico de Heraklion es opcional y será sin guía turístico ya que la normativa covid para visitar el museo en grupo es muy estricta y llevaría demasiado tiempo y un coste elevado.
Embarque en los buses y regreso a los hoteles donde reunimos a los participantes en la mañana. Dependiendo del tráfico y de los lugares de recogida de cada uno, el tiempo de regreso al hotel será diferente.

Recogemos viajeros desde puntos específicos en las áreas de Sisi, Malia, Stalis, Hersonissos, Anissaras, Agkisaras, Piskopiano, Koutouloufari, Gouves, Gournes, Kokkini Hani, Karteros, Amoudara, Agia Pelagia y desde dos puntos ubicados en el centro de la ciudad de Heraklion. Tan pronto como realices la reserva nos comunicaremos contigo para informarte el lugar y hora exacta de la Recogida más cercana a tu lugar de hotel, por favor revisa tu correo electrónico.

This was a very interesting and educational tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and entertaining. What an amazing culture!
We had booked a tour with a guide in Italian, paying a higher price for it compared to other guided tours with a guide only in English. Unfortunately, upon arriving at Knossos we discovered that our tour guide was explaining only in English. Good, but not in the language we booked. If it is not possible to guarantee the service, it should not even be made bookable.
Ms Veronica, Which date was your reservation made? I ask because we provide this tour in Italian every Saturday and we always have Italian speaking guide. We have never done this to our clients. Perhaps you went with another company and not ''CRETAN ODYSSEY'' and it is not fair to receive this review. Visiting after 5 PM, few people, great for a relaxed visit! Very beautiful site. Explanations via free QR code, audio in English or Greek. For French, it is to be read. Otherwise, ask the AI.

I had a mixed experience with this tour. The pickup and drop off was well organized. Same applies to the ticket purchase. Needless to say, to be at Knossos is amazing in and of itself. However, what was disappointing was the informational component of the tour. Several facts shared by the tour guide were incorrect (sigh), including those pertaining to the start and end of the bronze age, the behaviour of dolphins, among others. Also, there were many misogynistic jokes/generalizations. Moreover, the city tour was very quick, without much detail.
i didn’t realise thst it was ruins i thought it was an actual palace. I did enjoy ghe town snd market though
I was so looking forward to this and Cretan Odyssey didn't disappoint. Very professional and upbeat guide. Had a fab time.
We had a very nice guided tour of Sula, who could show us much more through our small group than would have been possible with a large group, so we were also able to view smaller rooms of Knossos, while Sula told us very pleasantly about the story and towards the end of the tour of Knossos also about the origin of mythology. She was very professional, had a pleasant way of talking and she was able to inspire even my rather less interested mother about the stories of Knossos and Heraklion! Great, detailed tour and best regards:)
