¡Atraviesa el vecindario de Charlotte en este tour en Segway por la ciudad más grande de Carolina del Norte! NO ES NECESARIA EXPERIENCIA (pero los participantes deben pesar al menos 100 libras y no pueden esperar un bebé). Entrenamos minuciosa y cuidadosamente a cada huésped ANTES de que comience el tour 1.5. ¡Es DIVERTIDO y FÁCIL! Nuestra ciudad tiene una historia fascinante, y se puede ver todo de CERCA en un Segway! Elija un viaje de 1,5 horas o 2 horas (el recorrido más largo tiene disponibilidad limitada). Esta dirección es la ubicación de nuestra oficina principal y es donde comienza el recorrido. (Error en el mapa: el CÓDIGO POSTAL es 28202) Estamos ubicados DENTRO del edificio ONE SOUTH en 101 S. Tryon St. (el mismo edificio que THE OMNI HOTEL). Sube dos tramos cortos de escaleras hasta el extremo izquierdo de Walgreens y Which Wich (NO sube por la escalera mecánica). La ubicación se llama DISTRICT ONE.
Vemos el EXTERIOR de los museos en S. Tryon St.
Nos detenemos en el área donde se encuentran nuestros principales museos de Uptown.
Recorremos el parque Fourth Ward después de ver algo de la arquitectura de los siglos XVIII y XIX.
Recorremos este peculiar y popular parque justo al final del recorrido.

- El peso mínimo es de 100 lb para que la computadora Segway pueda responder a su movimiento.
- El peso máximo es de 280 libras.
- Código de vestimenta: preferiblemente usar zapatos cerrados y cómodos (aunque no es obligatorio), capas de ropa adecuadas para el clima y no usar gorros debajo de los cascos. Se recomiendan guantes en los días fríos.
- No se permiten viajeros embarazadas.
- NO recomendado para aquellos que puedan tener problemas en climas MUY CALIENTES.
- ¡NO SE PERMITEN PARTICIPANTES EMBARAZADAS!
- NO recomendado para aquellos que han tenido reemplazos de cadera o rodilla algo recientes
- NO recomendado para personas con problemas impredecibles de azúcar en la sangre.
- Los participantes deben poder permanecer de pie durante 1,5 a 2 horas y poder subir escaleras sin ayuda.

My husband and I just moved to Charlotte and wanted to get to know more about our new city. James was our guide on the tour and he was kind and knowledgeable. We had never been on a Segway and he assured us that we would pick it up right away. He was right, we had an amazing time and it was a great experience. We learned a lot about the city and it was the best tour we ever had. I highly recommend it and we plan on going back during the holidays to experience Charlotte all lit up Segway style!
We had a group of three who had used Segways before, so very simple get on and go. The guide was knowledgeable and convivial.
I was glad to do this. I was also very fortunate to have a solo tour with my guide. I did it primarily to get into the heart of the city and see the sites and areas. I felt it was fun and great being I am looking to move to the area permanently

The guide was awesome, Jamie. But I would have liked to of seen more. Maybe include a lunch ride. I would have paid for that.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly…We moved along at nice steady pace, so if this is your first Segway ride, relax you’re in good hands.
First time on a Segway wasn’t a problem. James was an excellent guide for how to maneuver. Also learned a lot about Charlotte.

What started as a time filler, turned out to become one of favorite part of our trip. Our guide was James and his upbeat attitude and knowledge of the city made a memorable experience! We would totally do it again and it was a fantastic way to learn about the area.
Super fun. At first I thought I was going to break my neck but the super competent and calm instructor was very good at instructing the 4 of us before we went anywhere. Within 5 minutes it was super enjoyable and was such a cool way to get a synopsis of the city of Charlotte! We toured all 4 wards and it was nice to do on such a perfect hot and sunny day! Also, I expected to be in a huge group. It was just us 4 friends which was a lovely surprise! Thanks!
