Itinerario

We had a lovely time on our tour but there were a few things that made it a 4 star experience. First, the tour was supposed to be 2 1/2 hours and it comfortably with less than two. Second, our guide was very nice however he knew basically nothing about Madrid. We stopped at each stop for about 30 seconds where he would rattle off a short paragraph he had memorised and then he would jump back on the bike and we would ride away. We had a nice time riding around Madrid, and the bikes were in very good condition so the ride was comfortable. However, I do tours like this to learn about the city and I left the tour feeling like I hadn’t learned a single thing.
We only had a few hours in Madrid and are so glad we did the E-bike tour. It was a wonderful and fun way to take in many sights of the city. Our guide, David, had excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. He was even quick when he had to change a flat tire and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. We would definitely do the bike tour again. The E-bike was a huge plus!
So much fun riding through the streets of Madrid and seeing the sights with David. The kids loved the e-bikes and we enjoyed the brief overview at each stop. Great way for an intro to Madrid.
Thank you for your lovely review! We're so happy to hear that you and your family had such a fun time exploring Madrid with David. It's wonderful that the kids enjoyed the e-bikes and that the stops gave you a great introduction to the city's highlights. We'll gladly share your kind words with David. We hope to see you again on another adventure!
Lana and Brian were amazing. My family had some struggles and they accommodated us. Even one of my family had a muscle cramp and we had to go back early and they help us with that. So much info and a lot of fun. Thank you so much. We highly recommend this tour with the E bikes.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that Lana and Brian helped make your family's experience enjoyable despite the unexpected challenges. We'll gladly share your lovely feedback with them. We're grateful for your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another ride in the future!
I booked this for 3 adults and 2 littles. Easy booking and payment online. Easy to find the meeting place, and they have well maintained e-bikes. Asked for a child carrier on 2 of the e-bikes, and had no issue with that. Helmets provided for the children no charge. If an adult wants one, you can have one. Not sure if there's a charge. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There were 3 staff members amongst our group. My grandbabies were getting tired so, at the 2 hour mark of the tour, one of the staff took my family back to the meeting spot so we could get on our way back to our Airbnb. The various stops we made were great. Beautiful scenery. If traveling with young children, I would recommend a time slot that's not at peak rush times as you sometimes bike in traffic. We picked Sunday morning at 10:15 as it fit our schedule, and would be cooler. We didn't realize it was a great time in regards to less traffic, too. It was a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this e-bike tour!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted your whole family enjoyed the tour and that our team could help make the experience comfortable for both adults and little ones. Your tip about choosing a quieter time is very helpful. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you all again someday!
Our experience with this Madrid bike tour was unfortunately disappointing. While the staff at the pickup point were friendly and the location easy to find, the actual ride felt unsafe. Cycling in Madrid means sharing the road with cars, and without dedicated bike lanes — combined with us being used to riding on the opposite side of the road in Australia — we never felt at ease. Our guide, a young man, rode ahead quickly and left us behind at several traffic lights. We lost sight of him almost immediately and couldn’t tell where he was going. Less than five minutes into the tour, we decided to return the bikes. Back at the venue, the main staff member offered to take us to a park to ride, but no refund was offered. Overall, I would only recommend this tour to people who are already comfortable riding in Madrid’s traffic conditions.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry the tour didn't meet your expectations and that you didn't feel comfortable riding in Madrid's traffic. Safety is our top priority, and we will discuss your comments with the guide to reinforce group pacing and communication. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our tours. 🚴
Our tour guides were exceptional and knew so much about Madrid and more! They kept us safe and empowered the kids to lead! Highly recommend this group!

It was a fun tour of some of the Madrid highlights. Be aware that the regular bikes are small and won't fit someone taller than 175 cm. I had to upgrade to an ebike, which are larger
