Had to go wait 1 hr and 15mins for hen tour to start, meeting point was at the agency, which was basically phishing tourists out of the Vatican Line selling them on the skip the line and building up groups before . Listen, do you skip the line - YES - that’s the only value here, everything else was sketchy. Our guide told the group the bacilica was closed so we could not access it, yet later that afternoon, we noticed a whole line at St. Peter’s squares to access the basilica, I asked security and they said it was open…. We did not receive the service we paid for. Specially after paying $100 per person. Very dissatisfied

We went on a special tour of the Vatican with Andrea Stoller, professional tour guide. Her passion and understanding of the history of the pieces and their origins were unbelievable, positively fascinating and exquisite. The Vatican's grandeur and history were hard to fully appreciate due to the dense crowds. In spite of this, the guide made an effort to go around the crowds and offer enlightening remarks as he went. I was overcome with amazement and surprise at the scope of the Vatican's riches as we moved through the many galleries and chapels. It really is a spot that needs to be visited several times in order to be completely appreciated.

Our tour guide was very informed and gave us interesting background information on the significance and history of every place we saw. The smaller group size made for a more customised experience, and the ability to skip the line changed everything by saving us a significant amount of time. All in all, it was an amazing and enlightening event that I will treasure for a long time.

Tour part of it was beautiful. But redeeming tickets was horrible ,people setting up times and such were not being helpful and were very stubborn not wanting to read my booking saying I only had 1 ticket while I had 2 and had called day before to make sure what time we had to go and they told us to come back at 5:30pm while our times to go were between 10-1 until they finally chose to actually listen to us and realized they were wrong

Actually it hasn’t started good because although our booking was for 12:00 they said they don’t have english tour at that time. We could manage to find a group for 13:30. Tour guide was very kind, helpful and wise.

They were very accommodating and it was a great experience! There was a little hiccup where Viator booked us on the Spanish speaking tour, but the nice gentlemen at the office in Rome fixed the issue so we could switch to the English speaking tour. We will use Viator and 7 Stars Tours again.

The tickets were terribly expensive, no VIP entrance and no possibility to see the Vatican gardens. The hour of entry was different than on the ticket, a few hours later. The place where tickets are picked up is some kind of tragic hollow, where they ignore people and make eternity wait.

What you actually cover is fine and if a different tour guide maybe it would be ok as eavesdropping on other groups they were giving facts and information but we had a guide called Dave who gave no facts or information just kept saying this is most important piece, this is a fine lady, this is most important piece. We returned and covered the museum ourselves another day. However pre book skip the que as even joining the que hours before opening you will wait hours.

Completely SCAMMERS They sell you a perfect tour through the streets, a 2 hour tour, then everything is a lie The guide was Italian and another one translated, we didn't find out anything, we entered the tour at 3:50 p.m. and left at approximately 5:00 p.m. €120 for two people, thrown in the trash. Seriously, don't book here if you don't want to be disappointed, what a shame I didn't read reviews
