This trip was so much better than I thought it would be. So happy we did this trip. Our tour guide Mo was fantastic and took great care of us. He is extremely educated in Egyptian history and made our tours very interesting. The drivers we had were safe and we felt secure . Great value for money.

Ahmed sliem aka the Grandson of King Ramses was fantastic.. made our trip to luxor/aswan worth while... gave us quality education on egypt and the culture... helped us a lot of translating and shopping.. A+, highly recommended

Absolutely recommend Michael Edward for a luxury Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Michael made the whole experience unforgettable. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptology, the history of the temples, and Egyptian culture in general, but he explains everything in a way that feels interesting, natural, and easy to understand. Beyond being a great guide, he is also very kind, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. His local recommendations were amazing too — from places to visit to authentic local experiences, everything felt thoughtful and worth it. The entire cruise felt smooth, special, and full of meaning because of him. 100% recommended. Definitely worth the money, and I would happily book with him again.

Great overall experience and very well organized from start to finish. One thing to keep in mind is that a Nile cruise is very different from an ocean cruise: the boat travels much shorter distances and spends a lot of time docked. Sometimes, instead of having a river view from your balcony, you end up facing another cruise ship, which can take away a bit from the experience. That said, everything else was excellent. We visited so many incredible places without having to worry about logistics at all. The highlight of the trip was definitely our guide, Michael Edward. He is a historian with an incredible amount of knowledge and helped us truly understand the history and context behind every site we visited. He accompanied us everywhere, answered every question we had, and was even available after the trip. We honestly would not have enjoyed the visits nearly as much without him. A complete success overall.

Excellent recommendations from Hany Eldosouki @ Luxor and Aswan travel, we travelled on the beautiful Princess Farida for 4nights and 5days from Luxor to Aswan. We had the most amazing guide Michael Edwards, and all we can say is Wow,Wow,Wow!!! Michael certainly knows his Egyptian history and took the time to explain every detail. His knowledge and expertise is remarkable and his sense of humour made our trip so relaxed and memorable. We are so very grateful to have had the pleasure of having Michael as our guide to lead us through our Egyptian adventure, he is a very warm and welcoming family man who we will highly recommend to our colleagues and friends in Australia. The Princess Farida was an exceptional vessel that provided luxury and opulence well beyond our expectations. The staff were very accommodating, food was amazing and the service was 5 star.

These ships have seen quite a few seasons! Although the scenery is different and there are several fascinating places along the way the many ships are all showing their age. The staff are always delightful.

During our visits to the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, Temple of Horus and other attractions, his explanations were not limited to classic introductions. He also shared a lot of other relevant knowledge, allowing us to have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of ancient Egyptian culture.
