Amazing tour! Tour guide Roman was formerly and knowledgeable. Have a perfect amount of description, took great photos and was a pleasure to spend the day with!
We booked this a few hours beforehand after reading all the info available online and deciding it looked good. We arrived 15 mins early and first of all, we were berated in front of a group of people by a member of staff for being too early, great start. Next I was told off for wearing sandals, however nowhere online does it mention recommended footwear BEFORE you book. After booking, you get some info stating closed toes shoes should be worn but by that time it’s too late to cancel. He let me ride after I showed him my shoes wouldn’t fall off. The girl who accompanied us on the tour was lovely, really friendly and enthusiastic. She saved the whole activity. The man, not so friendly, just seemed like he couldn’t wait to go home. Fair enough, it was a very hot day. Anyway, we enjoyed the tour overall. Not the best organised city tour we’ve done but maybe just an off day for them so would still recommend for those with a few hours spare and like a little adventure.
Hi Lauretta Sorry you had this impression about Thomas that was not your guide on that day but still decided to help Crystal that was operating her first tour on that busy day of July , he was mainly in charge of the safety of the whole group and as indicated on the tickets and reminded to you 24 hours before the tour opened shoes like flip-flops and sandals are not allowed on tour , your safety is the most important thing while on tour and we don’t consider reminding it should be considered rude , better be safe than sorry as we say here :) . Roman was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable and guided us well on the bikes. This experience is not for the faint of heart, however. Most of us Americans are not used to riding bikes in the middle of city traffic. Luckily Parisian drivers are looking out for bikers, but be prepared to be on the roads with cars. We really like this experience however, especially my teenage boys.
Excellent tour for families with teenagers. The e-bikes worked perfectly and were fun to ride. The guide was exceptionally well versed in Parisian history. Highly recommend!
Amazing tour for a family with teens. Informative, interesting, entertaining! So many great sights to see!
This e-bike tour w Roman was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. You should feel comfortable on a bike to do this tour as you’re navigating around city traffic. You’ll be mainly in bike lanes and a good portion of the ride is away from traffic but there are some places where you have to contend with cars on city streets. My 12 year old was a bit anxious about it and decided not to go afterall. There is an option to have a child rider on a shared(banana) seat. It’s a great way to be active while sightseeing and the bikes were very easy to ride. We were able to cover a lot of ground in 2 hours and we were happy we chose e-bikes instead of regular bikes. Roman was a great guide and provided great information on the historical sights. He also took group pictures which was great because my teen cooperated and allowed the pics. Then Roman airdropped them to us after the tour which gives him an A+++ in my book! A fun time was had by all!
We had an amazing time! Our guide made us feel safe in the crazy streets of Paris. He was so knowledgeable and took great pictures of us at each of the locations we visited. We didn’t have much time in Paris and this was the perfect was to see so many of the sights.
We had an amazing experience with Tomas as our guide through Paris. The electric bikes assisted very well making the bike ride easy and required minimal physical effort. Tomas was knowledgeable and fun, cracking jokes and giving us great information. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to see a a lot of Paris in a few hours.
We had a great tour with Thomas as our guide. He was super knowledgeable about all the sites. Navigating through Paris can be stressful with the large crowds and aggressive drivers, but Thomas got us through very easily. We covered a lot of ground in just over 2 hours, and he provided us with some tips and suggested places to visit later in the evening. He also took really nice photos of my husband and at each spot along the tour, as well as a great video of us riding past the Eiffel Tower. We would definitely recommend this tour.
