Disfruta de tu Excursión de un día a Abu Simbel desde Asuán. Nuestro representante lo recogerá de su hotel en Asuán en un autobús con aire acondicionado para disfrutar de Abu Simbel, que su principal atracción es el gran templo del sol de Ramsés II y el templo de la reina Nefertari. Ambos templos fueron descubiertos en 1813 que estaba casi completamente cubierto de arena. Luego ambos templos fueron trasladados en 1960 por la ayuda del gobierno egipcio y la UNESCO para evitar la crecida del agua del Nilo. Ramsés II construyó el templo principalmente para honrarse a sí mismo, ya que dentro hay un mural que representa su famosa victoria en la batalla de Cades donde su ejército derrotó a sus enemigos. En el norte del templo de Ramsés, el templo de Nefertari que fue construido por Ramsés II a su esposa favorita, la reina Nefertari, entre otras 200 esposas y concubinas. I would like to warmly thank the entire team at Sun Pyramids Tours for these two magnificent days of visits that far exceeded my expectations. On the first day, I visited the High Dam of Aswan, the Temple of Philae, and the Unfinished Obelisk. My guide, Mossab, was simply exceptional. He took the time to explain to me the history of the sites, the construction techniques, the lives of the pharaohs, and many exciting details that made each visit lively and captivating. Thanks to his explanations, I learned a great deal. The driver was also remarkable: very kind, professional, and attentive. I felt safe throughout the journeys. The vehicle was impeccable, clean, and comfortable. Both of them demonstrated great kindness and a true sense of service. On the second day, I had the chance to visit the Temples of Abu Simbel. The departure was very early, and everything was perfectly organized. They were on time and took care of me throughout the day, regularly offering me water and ensuring my comfort. They even helped me when I needed assistance with a purchase on site, which I greatly appreciated. These two days will remain among the most beautiful memories of my trip to Egypt. This was such an amazing trip. Zakarya was our tour guide and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the various tours, Zakarya went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable by teaching us about local customs and curtesies and taking us to local shops and restaurants to give us a truly authentic experience. The private tours of these amazing historical sites is definitely the way to go. We were able to move through all of the sites at our own pace and felt like we had a much better experience than those who did the larger group tours.

Even though there was some delay due to traffic congestion, we enjoyed our land tour from Aswan to Abu Simbel. Our guide Zakaria was knowledgeable, addressed all our questions, and was flexible working with us.

Our flight arrived late, we were personally greeted by Kimo who had been waiting patiently for us. He introduced us to our tour guide Mohamed Hamed who majored in Archeology and gave us a plethora of knowledge of the surrounding area and the temples. On our way back my husband complained of his upset stomach and he stopped at a pharmacy to get him something to take. Very informative man, great photography skills and I would redo this tour or any other tour with him again.
