A fantastic tour. Charles was very knowledgeable, food was excellent - we all had a great time
Charles was an excellent tour guide. Born and raised in Brussels, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the city's history and culture, and his pride in sharing it really comes through. Our tour ended up being just the two of us and one other guest, which made for a very personal experience. Charles kept the conversation flowing naturally throughout the tour, answered every question, and shared lots of interesting local insights. Come hungry and wear comfortable shoes! The tour lasts almost four hours and includes plenty of walking, delicious food, and fascinating stories about both Brussels and Belgium. Every stop was enjoyable, and you'll definitely get to try some outstanding Belgian frites. This tour is a great way to experience the city beyond the typical tourist attractions. I left with a much better understanding of Brussels' history, some great local food recommendations, and an appreciation for the city's unique character. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels.

Our guide created a multi-stop culinary journey that hit all the highlights: crispy croquettes, fresh mussels, authentic Belgian waffles, and rich chocolate. She also made sure to include Belgian beer in the experience, giving us a proper introduction to the country's brewing traditions. The pacing was excellent too. She managed the timing impeccably, so we never felt rushed, yet we covered substantial ground and visited several stops. Every minute felt purposeful. This tour was a great introduction to some highlights of the city. The local foods and beer that we sampled were from some of the historic establishments in the area. Laurent did a great job giving us a brief history of some of the cities buildings, people, and pop culture.
Laurent was such a great guide! They showed me around to the city center and gave me a detailed explanation of interesting spots and their backgrounds along the way, which was a lot of fun. It was a great help to take lots of photos naturally. And the local food that was the main objective of the tour was really great. They are all delicious and I am very satisfied! I went there alone, and it was totally awkward and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it for solo travelers. If you are in doubt, definitely join us!
Charles was absolutely awesome. His tour takes longer, however, he’s going to give you a lot more history and take his time. He also answered our random questions we had. I would go back and do this again.
