Encuéntrese con nuestro guía y comience su deliciosa exploración de streetbfood cretense. En primer lugar a través del mercado degustamos pasteles y bollería de la panadería más antigua de toda la ciudad admiramos la fuente romana junto al monumento de la esposa de los sultanes. Caminando a esta calle con aromas de nueces de café recién horneadas y curadas y especias tomamos un bocado en la tienda de tapas más antigua de Heraklions y degustamos con algunos ouzo.
Café griego cocinado lentamente según el método tradicional. Todos los secretos del café griego acompañados de pasteles cretenses y tartas yami.
Pasee entre el mercado al aire libre y las vibrantes calles adoquinadas de la ciudad veneciana de Heraklion. Admire su arquitectura veneciana y otomana, así como la cultura cretense.
La Nostra europa adjudicó la construcción del punto de encuentro de los nobles desde el siglo XIV. Para conocer amantes : Allí tendremos la opción de degustar el famoso Ofto de Cretenses de cocción lenta la comida de supervivencia con yogur fresco y patatas fritas frescas al lado. Para los amantes de la vegetariandad : Antes de nuestro camino a la parte bohemia de la ciudad con su Monor Asia mezes y pulpos qith seres amarillos favoritos y la fondue cretense llena de especias y queso para derretir en la boca. Yamas con unos deliciosos vinos y Raki y siempre con un poco de halva de sémola o yogur con cuchara dulce de cereza churra.
Caminando a la historia a través de la iglesia metropolitana y un antiguo monasterio llegamos a las calles más antiguas y pequeñas y estrechas de la ciudad mientras admiramos las joyas ocultas desconocidas para los turistas

Magda was the best guide!!! She knows the city very well, she accommodated my husband’s request for seafood instead of lamb, and was very personable and fun. We highly recommend this tour with Magda. Two thumbs up!
A lot of food! Two stops and the second stop had at least 8-9 plates of different dishes tapas style. More then I could eat, very friendly restaurant manager, guide was ok.

We had the most wonderful food tour with Magda. She was a perfect ambassador of Cretan hospitality, history and culture. She took us to places in Heraklion we may no have gone on our own, and the food…first, I’ve never eaten so much on a food tour and we usually take one in a every major city we visit. Secondly, Magda took us to places that had unique offerings that only a local would know. One of the restaurants served us lamb, sheep and pork raised from the owner’s farm in the mountains. And I loved that she encouraged us to eat with our hands. We were immersed into the Cretan culture for a day. Loved it!

Crete Heraklion specifically was wonderful. We enjoyed tasting local cuisine. There was plenty to eat! The gelato was wonderful!

What an incredible experience with Magda! She is our new best friend! Magda truly made us feel truly special and provided us with the great history of Crete, as well as a truly amazing food experience. She is a tremendous host who wants to provide you the best culinary experience Crete has to offer. Our last stop, a sit down lunch at an amazing restaurant on the water included beer and wine, numerous appetizers to enjoy, and when we thought that was it, out came the entrees of fresh sea bass and mussels, capped off with amazing desserts. I would give this food tour 10 stars if I could. Magda is an excellent guide. We had so much food! All of the food was thoughtful and local to Crete. I love food history and Magda has a lot of insight on the history of Crete, culture and food traditions. We were with another couple so the size of our group was perfect and we got to make new friends.
