Descripción
Esta excursión gastronómica de 3 horas por Nafplio lo llevará a tiendas de alimentos cuidadosamente seleccionadas, donde podrá degustar algunos de los mejores quesos, vinos, café y helados disponibles en la ciudad. Al mismo tiempo visitamos los monumentos más famosos de la ciudad, como la Iglesia Católica, la plaza de San Spyridon, la plaza de San Jorge y la Ciudad Vieja que nos introducen en la larga y maravillosa historia de la ciudad.

Itinerario
Lo recogemos de nuestro punto de encuentro y comenzamos nuestra excursión con un recorrido por los pintorescos callejones de Nafplio con sus mansiones neoclásicas y balcones venecianos.
Nuestra primera parada de degustación es una tienda de comestibles tradicional donde degustamos variedades locales de queso y salchichas y aprendemos sus pequeños secretos de fabricación por parte de la tienda de comestibles.
Luego nos dirigimos a la Plaza Syntagma, el corazón de la ciudad. Aprendemos más sobre esta plaza histórica y los edificios circundantes.
Continuando nuestro recorrido pasamos por el barrio de ''Yialos" y degustamos variedades de vinos locales en una bodega-tienda de vinos, mientras el propietario nos narra el arte de la elaboración del vino local.
Nuestra excursión culinaria termina en una auténtica heladería tradicional. Con nuestro helado a mano, caminamos a la playa de Nafplio para admirar la fortaleza veneciana de Mpourtzi y aprender más sobre su existencia histórica a lo largo de los siglos.

This was a fantastic tour, Sophia, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and she checked in with us that we understood and if we were all ok etc. As we explored the streets of Nafplio Sophia told us all about the local landmarks and history of the town. We visited a third generational family of cheese makers and tasted the cheeses of the region. We continued on to a master of wine and sampled many local wines, finally finishing at a local Greek restaurant. The food and whole experience was fantastic. We have two children who can be fussy with food but they had a great time on this tour! Would highly recommend it to everyone.
