El gueto judío de Venecia es una zona histórica y culturalmente rica en Cannaregio, establecida en 1516 como el primer gueto del mundo. The food tour was amazing. Gives you so much insight into the better lest touristy places to sample food and drink. The highlight for us was going to Ormesini (highly recommend going there if you want something to eat away from the hustle and bustle) for the fried sandwich , prosecco and risotto.and finishing up and Rosa Salva for some sweet treats. Carlotta was the perfect guide, through the tour. Friendly, smiley, knowledgeable and just happy to chat about anything as you stroll along the canals. She takes the stress away of trying to narrow the Hugh amount of choices of where to go for something to eat and drink. If you want to experience the Benicia food scene and how the locals eat and go about their day, then I highly recommend booking.

Irene was a wonderful guide and we learned so much from her, both about the food and the broader cultural context. We had a wonderful experience on our food tour with Marina! We learned a lot about Venetian culture, as it relates to food, drinks, and other areas of life. The food and drink selections were interesting and delicious, and Marina was careful to consider our children's food allergies. Throughout the tour, it felt like we were getting a glimpse into how true Venetians live and eat! You can't get more authentic than that. Marina was smart, kind, and so much fun. This is one of the greatest highlights of our tour of Italy, even in the heat of June. Bravo!
