Creé este tour para mi familia vegetariana de visita desde el extranjero, que luchaba por averiguar qué podían comer de forma segura en los mercados de Seúl. Pasé más de un mes en el mercado de Gwangjang antes de que viniera mi familia, revisando los ingredientes y hablando con cada cocinero hasta que mapeé una ruta para los vegetarianos. Desde que guié a mi familia, seguí investigando y perfeccionando la ruta. Cada parada está ahora totalmente basada en plantas, por lo que tanto vegetarianos como veganos pueden unirse con confianza. I really enjoyed the tour and all of the food and drinks we got to try. It was so wonderful to explore local Korean cuisine and culture in a way that was both authentic and accessible for vegans. Every dish was delicious, and I appreciated the thought and care that went into making the experience inclusive. Jungho was an exceptional host. He made us feel comfortable from the start, shared fun stories and insights through the tour, and ensured that our preferences were accommodated. The vegan food tour was a great experience! Jungho is extremely thorough in his preparation and ensuring all the food is vegan. He also did an excellent job explaining each item and how it ties in with Korean culture. The food itself was very tasty and there was so much of it as well as a great variety of dishes. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul!
