We had an amazing private couples tour. The weather was awesome and our tour guide, Jessie, was thoughtful, informative, and helpful. She took awesome photographs for us and orchestrated for one of the caves to be empty for my fiancé to propose! It was so magical and the sun was shining through the cave so beautifully. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
If your goal is to take pictures of the Ice cave, this is a very good tour. The group was small (4 in our case) and the guide always made sure we were comfortable to take pictures. The guide herself also took our pictures and sent them to us later. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tour ended 2 hours late due to a car breakdown and a late start. This delay was critical for us as we had to return to Reykjavik in that day.
