Tour Entre Charros

It's one of the best! Marco is a great host and Meño accompanied us until the end; the experience of horse roping and riding a horse is incredible. Learning the history of charrería and understanding how the world of the Charros is lived from such a complete perspective is very moving because, as a family, we resonate with their values. It is one of the best experiences we have had in Guadalajara. Meño explained the stunts we see in the ring to us very precisely, and with that accompaniment until the end, we were able to appreciate it until the very last moment.

Marco did a great job of explaining, taking questions, and making things more enjoyable as I had a dry tour guide the next day elsewhere and it does make a difference.

The Charro experience with Marco was very educational and thorough. Marco lives and breathes the Charro standards and kept us engaged throughout the tour. We practiced lassoing and rode a beautiful horse! In the end, he gave us a insightful history of Mexico and how the Charros originated and influenced the culture. He also shared the Charro principles which resonated with us.

I had the chance to visit Lienzo Charros de Jalisco and learn more about the tradition, values, and heart behind charreria. What stood out to me most was the relationship between the charro and the horse; the trust, discipline, respect, patience, and connection it takes to move together as one. I learned that being a charro is about much more than the clothing or the sport. It represents honor, courage, loyalty, respect, tradition, and pride in where you come from. This experience also made me think about the way I've always loved; deeply, passionately, and especially the women who have been important in my life. Maybe that comes from something rooted even deeper in me. In my genes, I have the heart of a Mexican and the soul of a charro. Being there reminded me just how beautiful and powerful my culture is. There is something special about experiencing traditions that have been passed down through generations and seeing them kept alive with so much pride. And the saying is true: when you come to Lienzo Charros de Jalisco, you leave a more Mexican than when you came.

Excellent experience. Our tour guide Marcos very knowledgeable, polite, fun and extremely well dressed as Charro . I would do this and maybe schedule a horse ride that is also offered. Thank you very much for having us and give us a great tour.

It is a unique experience that must be lived; I am a local and I allowed myself to go, I ended up delighted. A lot to know and learn and the post-tour service is excellent too, I won't be leaving the canvas for a while 😅
