Un recorrido por los tres barrios del centro histórico de los Sassi con paradas panorámicas y curiosidades sobre la historia reciente de Matera: de vergüenza nacional a ciudad conocida y apreciada en todo el mundo. La visita dura aproximadamente una hora, y en este tiempo los visitantes podrán observar la zona de Piano, es decir, la parte situada detrás de los Sassi, y conocer los lugares históricos desde una perspectiva diferente. A really nice and fun way to get your bearings in Matera. Recommended for when you first arrive. Gets you out of the direct heat of the day for an hour and the tour guide had some really interesting insights into Matera's history as well as current life in the town.

Vito was already ready for our departure and gave us a wonderful and relaxing tour of the city and told in good English many details about the history of the city and the sassi. Stopped at a few places to look at things and take pictures. Great!
