Epic experience a must do in Niagara! Worth the price! Recommending to everyone I know! The views from the helicopter are sooo different than the other options! Beautiful enough to bring tears to your eyes!
We had a heWe had scheduled a helicopter ride for 9 AM The facility opened at 8 AM, but they didn’t notify us until 8:50 that our flight was canceled because of a forest fire the previous day. We were already in the parking lot and had taken an Uber to the site. The cancellation was due to poor visibility caused by smoke, which was understandable, but their communication could have been improved. They should have informed us earlier about the risk of cancellation due to the fire, which made flying impossible. Overall, I am disappointed with their professionalism and communication, and I recommend others be cautious about potential communication issues.
We had a great experience. A bus of 25 arrived just before us, on top of the normal morning crowd, so the line backed up quickly. Within no time they added another helicopter and later a third to help with the line. Wasn’t a bad wait at all.

Soooo cool!! I was worried that 12min will be lame but it was perfect! We had three hard to impress teens with us and they all loved it! Definitely a memorable experience!
A great experience, quiet cabin, smooth ride and beautiful views, but if you're in the middle in the back seat, than it is not worth it. I think they should charge less for people who are not next to the window or for a person who is not in the front of the cabin. The business is run very professionally and the stuff is super friendly, I just recommend to sit in the front of the helicopter or at least near the left or the right rear doors.
