8:30 — Salida de Beirut Su guía se reúne con el grupo en su hotel y se dirige hacia el norte — Jeita Grotto está a 30 minutos y el día comienza bajo tierra.
Comience su aventura con una visita a la impresionante Gruta de Jeita, declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, famosa por sus impresionantes formaciones de piedra caliza y su río subterráneo. Embárcate en un mágico paseo en barco por la gruta inferior y maravíllate con las intrincadas estalactitas y estalagmitas que han sido esculpidas a lo largo de millones de años. Luego, ascienda a la gruta superior a través de un viaje panorámico en teleférico, donde disfrutará de vistas panorámicas del paisaje circundante antes de explorar las fascinantes cámaras de la caverna.
El Telepherique es una de las atracciones turísticas más antiguas y visitadas del Líbano. Es un sistema de telecabina ubicado en Jounieh, una ciudad en el Líbano, a 16 km al norte de Beirut, que transporta pasajeros por encima de la empinada montaña de pinos, a una altitud de 650 metros, llegando al santuario de Nuestra Señora del Líbano en Harissa que ofrece vistas impresionantes. de la bahía de Jounieh y la ciudad circundante.

El castillo de Byblos, un castillo cruzado restaurado del siglo XII rodeado por un foso seco de 10 metros de ancho, se encuentra justo dentro del sitio arqueológico atmosférico de Byblos que contiene las ruinas del Templo de Baalat Gebal y el Templo de los Obeliscos. Es un edificio impresionante que ofrece una excelente perspectiva sobre las ruinas desde lo alto de su torre cuadrangular. Una serie de viviendas de la Edad de Bronce es claramente visible debajo de las paredes al mirar hacia el mar. Dentro del castillo, hay un pequeño museo y una sala con paneles de información que describen la historia de la ciudad.

It was an excellent experience. I’m from Iran and my spouse is Turkish. Under the guidance of our tour leader, Mr. Hassane, who had very extensive knowledge, we visited the beautiful sights of Beirut and Byblos, Harisa and … His English was excellent, and he followed a very precise schedule, even picking us up from the hotel on time. We were truly satisfied with this tour.

I had a good experience. The tour group size is just nice and I enjoyed my time with everyone. We had Albert as our guide and he's brilliant! His explanation & story telling helped me tremendously in trying to understanding Lebanon's past, present & hope for the future. The tour was definitely worth it as you get to do the most popular activities near Beirut in just half a day,in a comfortable van just with a handful of people. The driver, Albert is super accomodating and polite and he responds with efficiency to any kind of situation ,offering good solutions (like with my "no cash" emergency :p) Little advice,bring enough cash with you to cover all the entrance fees ! Do not miss the teleferique ride!!
One of the best guided tours I experienced! Our guide, Albert, made this experience amazing. The trip was very well planned, punctual and Albert shared a lot of information and knowledge from beginning to end of the tour. All of this with good humour! I definitely recommend.
Just had the most incredible day on this guided tour, the sights, the places, the people were all incredible. We started the day at the 'Shrine of our Lady of Lebanon', a beautiful peaceful place for reflection with amazing views stretching far across Lebanon. This was followed by a 'whistle top' tour of Batroun, Albert took us to the world famous Lemonade shop and then to every part of the old town. Albert shared all his expert knowledge of the town giving our visit depth and context. Then we went to Byblos, we visited the citadel with an archaeologist guide taking us around the whole site explaining in depth the 8,000 years of history and people who had lived in this beautiful place. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the harbour, I ate the best sea bass with traditional Lebanese meze. Then we had time to look around the streets/markets where the people were friending and the shops sold the most beautiful items. Then back to Beirut, after a lovely day with lovely people all made perfect with our driver and guide Albert
