Itinerario

40 min

Vancouver Suspension bridge

Eric was great. However, we were mostly on our own so that caused me to believe price was a bit high. Very much enjoyed it though.

Stunning Magical, Very Walkable City!

Good overview of this fabulous city with the highlight being the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Cliff walk......definitely a must do! Not always for the faint hearted as it is 230' up but try to do it for the gorgeous views of the gorge below! Erick was kind, caring and informative but would have liked a little more history of this stunning city. We were very lucky though to have just the two of us, so plenty of personal attention by Erick as we had to time to share our own stories and journeys of life! Thank you Erick! Mo and Maureen

Good tour

The suspension bridge was well worth seeing as well as Granville Island… but that’s shopping and food. The tour around the city was okay. Our guide Kevin was good but had some difficult personalities on this trip and seemed to have a bit of difficulty talking over them or asking them politely to keep it down so everyone could hear him

Respuesta del operador

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed Capilano Suspension Bridge and Granville Island, two of Vancouver's most popular attractions. We also appreciate your kind words about Kevin. We understand that group dynamics can sometimes be challenging, and we appreciate your understanding. Our guides always do their best to ensure everyone has a great experience while keeping the tour running smoothly for all guests. Thank you for joining us, and we hope to welcome you back to Vancouver in the future! Warm regards, The Vancity Tours Team

Vancouver tour

Not a lot of time to get out at each place except the Capalino suspension bridge. And 15 minutes on Danville island. Other than that everything else was drove by. And in a van that was not conducive to seeing much if sitting in the back.

Respuesta del operador

Hello Debbie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We always aim to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations, and your input helps us improve. Vancouver Sightseeing is a great way to see the city in a short amount of time. The route includes several stops to give you a sense of the area and the opportunity to revisit the spots you loved most. For your tour, we scheduled stops along the way so you could take photos: 15 minutes in Gastown, 20 minutes at Stanley Park, 45 minutes at Granville Island, and 90 minutes at the Capilano Suspension Bridge. We operate a fleet of new Ford Transits with leather seats and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. Your tour had a maximum of 8 guests, with everyone enjoying a window view. The five-hour itinerary is designed to give you a solid overview of Vancouver and its highlights, while allowing you to spend more time in the places you enjoy most. We hope you still had a wonderful time in Vancouver! Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Vancity Tours. Have a fantastic day, Vancity Tours Team

The tour guide was on...

The tour guide was on auto pilot and repeatedly just mentioned facts with very little enthusiasm. Otherwise he was very nice person.

Perfect half day key sights experience

We had a layover in Vancouver and wanted to get a feel for the city and key sights. This was a perfect length for us and took us past a number of key areas, but our guide pulled over and explained the background and/or what was happening in the area like the changing face of Chinatown. Never felt rushed and plenty of time at planned stops to see key sights such as Stanley Park & totems, Gastown, Capilano and Granville Is.

Respuesta del operador

Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that the tour was the perfect fit for your layover and gave you a meaningful introduction to Vancouver. Making the most of a short stay is exactly what we aim for — giving guests a real feel for the city without ever feeling rushed. It’s wonderful to know that you appreciated the added context along the way, especially learning about areas like the evolving face of Chinatown. We believe those stories truly bring the city to life. And of course, stops like Stanley Park and the totems, Gastown, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Granville Island are such iconic highlights — we’re so glad you had plenty of time to enjoy each one. If your travels bring you back to Vancouver, we would love to explore even more with you next time! Warm regards, The Vancity Tours
