El lago Peyto, alimentado por glaciares y con una forma increíble, es uno de los lagos más visitados y fotografiados de las Montañas Rocosas canadienses por una buena razón. Durante el verano, la harina de roca glacial fluye hacia el lago y estas partículas de roca suspendidas le dan al lago su color turquesa brillante. Daremos un paseo fácil para ver el lago desde Bow Summit, a 2088 metros (6800 pies) sobre el nivel del mar. Tienen una superficie de 325 km2 y una profundidad de 100 a 365 metros (328 a 1197 pies) y reciben hasta siete metros (275 pulgadas) de nieve por año. Aquí, como grupo, podemos caminar hasta el pie del glaciar en retroceso y explorar el área, siguiendo el camino de retroceso de los glaciares a través de los años. Hi Hemangi, we want to be clear here since the headline doesn't reflect what actually happened. Your Icefields Parkway tour didn't meet minimum numbers to run on June 12th, so we offered a reschedule on the morning of June 11th and followed up with a cancellation once that offer went unread. Your refund was processed and released on our end in full. Any delay you're seeing now sits with your bank or card provider, not with us.
Gareth was very relaxed, knowledgeable and keen to be part of the experience. I’ve been on some tours where the guide takes every moment to be away from the guests but Gareth was really good at offering to take photos and share his knowledge. Relaxed pace and right amount of time at each stop. We had a good amount of banter and when smoke threatened to spoil the walk to the icefield, Gareth remained positive and did his best to keep spirits high (mine mostly!!!!) and we managed a great little hike to the glacier. Thanks Gareth 🙏

Gareth was amazing and so kind! He was super knowledgeable about the history of the area and was able to answer any questions along the drive. All of the spots we stopped at were incredible and the group I was with was super cool and fun to be around.

We did the Icefields and Peyto Lake Tour yesterday (July 3rd). My family really enjoyed the tour and experience. Found that it was amazing value for what you get. Nolan, our guide, was simply amazing. His knowledge, energy and genuine interest in answering questions and paying attention to details made the experience top notch. Would strongly recommend Rad Adventures, and if you have the option, get Nolan as your guide. You won’t regret it!

Nolan was great! He was very interactive and engaging throughout the whole tour. We could not have asked for a better experience!!! If we were staying longer, we would have tried to have gone on another tour with him!!!
