Comience su viaje con una recogida en el hotel y diríjase al santuario de Bom Jesus, admirando su icónica escalera barroca y vistas panorámicas. Explora la catedral de Braga, la más antigua de Portugal, con acceso exclusivo a sus capillas y coro alto. Saboree una comida tradicional en un restaurante local maridado con el famoso vino Vinho Verde de la región. Retrocede en el tiempo con un tranquilo paseo por esta encantadora ciudad medieval. Itinerario
Comenzamos nuestro recorrido en la cima de la montaña y visitamos el Santuario más magnífico de Portugal y su escalera mágica.
Conocido por la ciudad de los arzobispos donde visitaremos su centro histórico, visitaremos el interior de la Catedral. Tendremos acceso exclusivo al interior de las capillas, así como al coro alto del monumento.
Haga una parada para un delicioso almuerzo en el Restaurante Diana, donde los intensos sabores de la cocina del norte de Portugal se combinan con el Vinho Verde (Vino Verde).
El castillo más antiguo de Portugal fue donde creció el primer rey portugués y tiene un significado muy importante y una referencia a la independencia del país.
El Palacio de los Duques donde nos deslumbran los lujos de la realeza de otros tiempos. Toda una historia de Portugal será contada por nuestros guías locales que siempre han seguido al grupo.

Sergio picked us up right on time from our hotel in Porto. Together with 2 American couples visited the beautiful Braga and Guimareas. Sergio talked about the surroundings and history of both places along the way. We were dropped off at the right places and picked up again. Entrance tickets to Bon Jesus, Cathedral + guided tour with separate guide and Castle is included. Extensive lunch with meal choice also included in the price. The time to walk yourself through downtown Braga and Guimaraes was relatively short (30 to 45 minutes). This tour does not include a visit to the Palace of the Dukes of Braganca, there is no time for that either. We highly recommend this tour and organization. Great to do from Porto!

Our tour guide Sergio was awesome. He picked us up on time. Our group was very small and I loved that. He is a very good historian. We spent plenty of time at each place, learning and taking in the beauty of each place. I conquered walking up the steps, which was worth it. There’s a fountain at each level and small cathedrals. I love learning the history and beauty of this place.

We learned a lot about the history of Portugal and the area. Our guide, Jorge, was really experienced and knowledgeable, he was patient and kind. There’s walking involved, but with that comes beautiful views and a delicious lunch!

Very good trip. Our guide was perfect. It was over 100 degrees today and he made sure we stayed in shade as much as possible. Very informative. Lunch was very good also

Nuno was hands down one of the best guides we could have ever asked for. He was incredibly knowledgeable on our day trip to Braga and Guimares. We went to several churches and had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. We learned more about the Catholic faith which in turn has strengthened our faith. Couldn’t have asked for a better day!
