Visit to the Van Gogh Museum with Juan, exceptional!
The very professional guide and chauffeur at all times, very exact times, I suggest you hire the tour without food so that you can enjoy the great variety of foods in Rotterdam market.
Very good ,the recommended trip the guide Silvia super professional 100, totally recommended.. I would repeat with the same guide q is lucky factor xq I have taken one through Amsterdam with another guide and fatal, but to the king what q is of the king is girl Silvia great, thanks
I do not recommend this tour. The guide, Ana, every time we asked something she told us if we wanted to give the tour ourselves. She was disrespectful to older people, using an inappropriate tone. The driver didn't know the way and we didn't do the panoramic view of Rotherndadm. Total loss of money.
First I’m grateful for Laura and the company’s attention because they managed to get a bigger bus to join us on the tour. I'm a tour lover. Regarding this one from "The Hague" and "Rotterdam", the truth is that I expected more, the guide Silvia was very friendly and helped to take pictures, but the truth is that without being personal, he did not talk much about the places, concentrated on comparing them with his country of origin, instead of concentrating on Netherlands, although he did give one or another fact. On the other hand, I constantly said that there were many of us on the tour and that if we wanted to leave the tour and do activities on our own, we could leave and then come back (which is appreciated, but if you are hiring the tour it is because obviously you expect to be on the tour). And the point that I didn’t like, was that we returned to Amsterdam much earlier, the tour said that it ended at 17:00 hours and we could not enjoy enough the second place (Rotterdam) because the guide wanted to return earlier, we were in Amsterdam before 16:20, which does not seem fair. Outside of that the attention, the friendliness of it, the Transportation Service and the routes, are very good.
We took the full day tour (8 hours) to Rotterdam and The Hague in Spanish. Driver Jan led us first through the headquarters of the International Court in The Hague where we went down to take pictures and listened to the explanations of our guide. Then the guide, Eirien, took us through the center of The Hague on a tour full of explanations and references. Then we continue to Rotterdam where we toured many points of interest on the bus listening to the explanations. We had lunch and had two hours to get to explore on our own. Really a nice tour that leaves you wanting to go back to Rotterdam, to continue to know.
Fanny our guide, from The Chameleon 10 points. Very willing to questions and answers very safe.,I recommend this walk is very interesting!
Sergio is the best tour guide in Roterdam and The Hague is very attentive, he takes very seriously to bring his knowledge of the different places to visit, with excellent recommendations of typical food at lunch, really was magnificent. From Puerto Rico we thank you for all the knowledge acquired, many blessings!!!!!!
With Camaleon Tours my partner and I did the week of April 28 to May 9, several tours with the company, and everything went very well except the trip to Rotterdam and The Hague which was not to our liking, what "helped" apart from not having the excursion much interest in what you see was the attitude and behavior of the guide called Ana (not to be confused with Ana Maria who did the excursion to Bruges and was very affectionate, attentive and gave a very good explanations of the site), as the feeling that gave us all the participants is that she was very burned with work and did not make you want to ask anything about what you were seeing. It was very cutting and the whole collective of Camaleon Tours is the guide that did not give the example cut of guide. We also didn’t like that in the curfew area to go out with the excursion we talked/screamed like cattle or something. It tarnishes the good work of the team-mates with these performances. The free tour of Amsterdam that took place on April 27 was suspended in the afternoon because according to the guide we were not enough people (we were 5 people) and in the same place we were told by the boy that he did not leave because not enough people and that the Tour was not done. You have a bad taste in your mouth, as it was our first day and we like to know the city to get a general idea.
Super interesting. The guide Sergio excellent. They are two very different cities that are worth touring accompanied by someone who knows each of their corners and highlights their particular values.
