Con una impresionante altura de 150 metros, los acantilados de Ta' Ċenċ son los acantilados más altos de Gozo. La zona que rodea el promontorio es un espacio Natura 2000, lleno de biodiversidad protegida que maravilla a sus visitantes. Marsalforn (Pronunciado: Mars al-Forn, | Maltés: Marsalforn),[1] también escrito como M'Forn con fines abreviados, es una ciudad en la costa norte de Gozo, la segunda isla más grande del archipiélago maltés. La ciudad se encuentra entre las ciudades de Xagħra y Żebbuġ. Asociada a esta localidad también se encuentra la bahía de Qbajjar. La ciudad es parte del consejo local de Żebbuġ. Lugares y horarios de recogida

El transporte le llevará a conocer el barco o ferry para cruzar a Gozo. Al finalizar el tour, será devuelto al punto de recogida/encuentro original. Las ubicaciones de recogida se determinan en función de las ubicaciones de Yippee, y una vez confirmadas, las instrucciones se envían por correo electrónico a través de Viator o WhatsApp. Los clientes que lleguen con el crucero, tengan en cuenta que la recogida más cercana es desde fuera de Magazino Hall a las 8.00 am y que regresarán aproximadamente a las 18.00 hrs. Tenga en cuenta que recibirá un mensaje predeterminado de su plataforma de reservas que contiene la hora de recogida incorrecta / predeterminada. Great time and worth every penny. We had a fantastic tour guide also "Emilio" If you are lucky enough to have him look after you for the day then you are in for a treat. He was brilliant with us, very knowledgeable of Gozo Island and a really good laugh. Made the trip perfect.
A very disappointing experience that did not match what was advertised in the tour description at all. Already late departure, because of two latecomers: we had to wait at Mġarr harbour, stuck in the minibus in unbearable heat, waiting for two people who clearly hadn't managed to wake up on time. The rest of the group, who were on time, paid the price for this delay for the entire day. Given the size of Yippee as an operator, arranging separate transport for these latecomers (with reintegration into the group later in the day) wouldn't have been impossible... rather than penalising the whole group for two people's lack of punctuality. On top of that came the safety briefing (necessary, we don't dispute that), and the combination of the two seriously ate into our actual driving time. A ridiculously small amount of actual driving time compared to what was promised: over the whole day, we only actually drove the buggy/quad for around 2 hours. The rest of the time was spent waiting, on overly long breaks, or driving in convoy without any clear purpose. The advertised itinerary was barely followed at all. The tour explicitly promised the following stops: Ta' Ċenċ cliffs (Sannat), Xlendi beach/cliffs/caves, the Knights' Wash Houses (Fontana), Dwejra and its watchtower, Fungus Rock and the Inland Sea (San Lawrenz), Ta' Pinu, Wied il-Għasri, Xwejni salt pans, Marsalforn bay. End result: only 2 to 3 actual stops out of the 9 advertised (Ta' Ċenċ, Dwejra, the salt pans). Every other site was driven straight past, with no stop and no explanation — I barely caught a 3-second glimpse of the Knights' Wash Houses while driving by, without even knowing what it was until I recognised it afterwards on the itinerary. Breaks that dragged on far too long, which only made the initial delay worse: the stop at Dwejra, which could easily have been shortened, lasted nearly 50 minutes. Same story for the lunch break, advertised as 40 minutes on the itinerary but stretched to around 50 minutes as well. With the delay already accumulated at the start, it became simply impossible to stick to the advertised schedule: a knock-on effect that ruined the whole day, when a simple logistical solution could have avoided it from the outset. And to top it all off, an early return: although the return was scheduled for 4pm, the buggies/quads were handed back as early as 3:40pm: so not even the full advertised duration, despite all the time lost waiting around and on overly long breaks. In summary: departed late due to poor handling of latecomers, returned early, and most of the advertised stops simply skipped along the way. The advertised commercial offer bears no resemblance to the actual experience. You pay for a full, detailed itinerary and end up with a fraction of the programme, two hours of actual driving, and completely inadequate time management despite obvious logistical solutions that could have prevented it. I cannot recommend this tour as it currently stands.

On the day of your tour, the departure was unfortunately delayed due to the late arrival of one of the ferries carrying guests to Gozo. This resulted in an unavoidable delay of approximately 40 minutes before the tour could begin. In addition, exceptionally heavy traffic in Victoria on the way to Marsalforn caused a further delay of around 15 minutes. Despite these unforeseen circumstances, the tour followed the full planned itinerary, and all advertised locations were visited. The total driving distance remained the same as on our standard tour, and no scheduled stops were omitted. Our team made every effort to ensure that guests still enjoyed the complete experience. We understand that delays can affect the overall enjoyment of a tour, particularly during the busy summer season, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. However, as the advertised itinerary was fully delivered, we do not believe that a refund is justified in this case. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under smoother circumstances. Before every tour, all participants receive a comprehensive safety briefing, and our team does its utmost to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, as with any activity involving vehicles, accidents can occasionally occur despite all precautions being taken. Regarding the lunch, the dish served was traditional Maltese baked pasta (Imqarrun il-Forn). The crispy, browned top layer is a characteristic feature of this authentic recipe and is prepared in the traditional Maltese way. It was not overcooked but intentionally baked to achieve its classic texture and flavour. Thank you once again for your review and for giving us the opportunity to clarify these points.
We booked a mix of chauffeur jeep and buggies. There were 10 of us in our party. Pick up and drop off at hotel was fine, the organisation at the port was good. It is small great way to see the island. The jeep does get very hot from what we thought was the engine. The guides were good and looked after everyone on our tour. Instructions on the use of buggy’s were good. We had a couple of issues with the buggies, but this was sorted by our guide. My Dad is less able to walk around so he stayed in the jeep while we explored at each stop- but all staff were attentive to his needs especially getting on and off the boat! The boat trip around the caves and the swim at blue lagoon was amazing and much needed after being very hot! Great value for money though. I didn’t care much for the lunch but I am a fussy eater- but the place where we stopped for lunch there was time to buy and eat from the places there. Gozo is a beautiful island and a must see when visiting Malta.

The buggy trip and sailing afterwards was fun and a beautiful experience. Our tour guide was a little less. We sat with a group of French and they got a good explanation and priority over everything. This from the beginning to the boat trip. We as the Dutch were given no explanation and were left to our own devices. For example, we still had to get helmets and explanations about the buggy and everyone already had a vehicle and helmets. It's that I asked myself if we could come too.
Valletta pickup 8am; didn’t start buggy tour until 11! Faster to get the quick ferry direct to Gozo (45min), and don’t bother with the swim stop and blue lagoon as super busy and underwhelming. Confusion at stops as guide didn’t explain timings to everyone, this meant waiting for people.
Firstly the pick up location was different from what was sent on WhatsApp and on the Viator App ,luckily I contacted operator while waiting and they sent a live tracker of the pickup vehicle.we moved around the corner and up 300m to the right location.Many different tours loading onto 2 boats from Malta to Gozo, very badly organised at arrival port, we had to get in another van and were transported to a shed on a farm about 10 minutes away. Again organisation here left a lot to be desired and the toilet facilities were appalling. Eventually we got to drive away in our buggy following a convoy of Quad bikes with a guide leading at the front and one at the back. Driving through traffic the convoy was broken by local drivers and we got cut off and another tour picked us up. The brakes on the buggy weren’t great and stopping suddenly wouldn’t have been possible. We encountered a road closure and one of the quad bikes crashed into the bike in front injuring the girl on the back. There were a lot of stops so we got to see some of Gozo but the obligatory stop at the souvenir shop was a bit too much. The provided lunch went in the bin and we just kept the water. This might sound strange but we actually enjoyed the day, my buggy wouldn’t start after one of the stops and I had to pump the brakes and try the ignition again, this happened on the last 3 stops. If there were some improvements made and a bit better organisation this could’ve been an excellent tour but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.

In response to your comments, once our clients complete their booking, we always follow up with clear pick-up instructions, as also stated on the booking platform. Regarding your concern about organization, please note that the dock is a public area shared with other operators, and we do not have control over how many boats are present at any given time. For this reason, we assign multiple meet-and-greet team members to guide clients efficiently from the vans to our boats. During the tour, we also ensure there is one leader at the front and another at the back to keep the group together and ensure everyone is well taken care of, especially in traffic. With regard to your comments about the brakes, our vehicles are regularly inspected by our mechanics. If you experienced an issue as described, it would have been in our both interest informing one of our leaders immediately so that the vehicle can be promptly replaced. Guest safety is our top priority, and we take all such concerns very seriously in order to prevent any potential incidents. Guides were great, very helpful and accommodating. Transportation to and from the experience was late(40 minutes) and crammed. Lunch was in a dirt parking lot near a beach.
The buggy tour was definitely a highlight of our trip. It stopped at a lot of really cool places and it was a great way to explore the island. The waters were too choppy for us to swim in the blue lagoon, which we were really excited about, so that was a bit disappointing, but overall the tour was beautiful and fun and worth the money. If swimming in the lagoon is your main goal, make sure you check the weather conditions before booking the tour because it changes constantly.
