Absolutely fabulous experience. My son and I were very luck to get our own private tour with Cream who made it an unforgettable day. We saw much of Bangkok city before taking a ferry and going into the 'green lung' of Bangkok. In addition to having a fabulous day.. I also managed to leave my phone behind at the furthest point of the tour. Cream was incredible in helping us to get it back - the day (holiday) would have been wrecked if we had not got it back and I have no doubt it would not have happened without Cream's help. Cannot recommend this tour and Cream highly enough.
Eddie was our guide and he did a great job navigating the tour, keeping us as cool/hydrated as possible in the middle of a heat wave, and even took photos for us to download later. It was a great tour.
We had a fantastic private morning bike tour with ABC Amazing Bangkok Cyclist and it was undoubtedly one of our best experiences in Bangkok. We cycled through Bangkok’s busy streets and saw many different sides of the city – where the rich live, where the poorest live, the river, Soi Cowboy and an exciting local market. It gave an honest and authentic insight into the city, which you do not get as an ordinary tourist. On the way there was plenty of time for lunch and cold drinks, and as an extra bonus we received a small mini-thaik course by owner Michiel, who was also our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, committed and made sure everyone felt safe all the way. Safety was top, and the route was clearly thought out, even in Bangkok’s hectic traffic. Don’t hesitate to book if you want to experience Bangkok in a different, authentic and safe way – we highly recommend this bike tour!

This bike tour was ok but the guide and the support were terrible. He treated us like toddlers and was not at all customer-oriented. At the reception we were publicly reprimanded because our well-intentioned greeting was not according to Thai customs. In the confirmation things like fruit and snacks were promised. During the entire 4-hour tour we got 2 bottles of water! For a street food city this seems very meager to me. Despite the fact that the site states that the tour is unsuitable for inexperienced cyclists and small children, there was no control over the riding skills at the start. It is also true that you have to be an experienced cyclist in city traffic and narrow paths. You have to dare to cross busy three-lane roads without traffic lights and on the concrete boardwalks you are quite at home in bends. One participant rode cramped the whole time and had to get off regularly to catch her breath. The tour was also shortened because the participant was not good at steering. At the end the guide was out of sight in the middle of the city. The participant did not feel safe in traffic and was left to her fate. The guide was gone, well he had a knee injury and had driven on … We can easily compare it with how it can be done professionally and customer-friendly, the day before we booked a full day with Co VanKessel, top experience.

I remember that upon entering you greeted our coworker which was very uncomfortable for her because she knows she had to greet you first. I also made a comment to you in Dutch which the 2 American customers did not understand and later during the tour I explained how to greet Thai people best. I also remember that you apologized and told me that you were autistic, which was no problem. As for the driving skills I can tell you that in the 29 years that we have been doing our tours we have NEVER had an accident in traffic, because safety is the most important thing for us. The fact that we made the walk a bit shorter on the raised paths was because the wife of the fellow traveller (Mr Greg) found it a bit scary. Why take risks if it is not necessary and I have also informed you of this which was no objection. On the return journey I asked if anyone wanted to have a soft drink but everyone was satisfied. That I left the group alone at the end of the tour is absolutely NOT true and I also had no problems with my knee, so this is also not correct and gives a bad impression of our tour. If you look at the photos you will see that I took another photo near our building, so I did not leave you behind. As for fruit, I have the opportunity to buy it on the way, but if I see that the fruit is on ice at a fruit stall, I skip it. Here too you have to rely on the expertise of your guide because if you were to get sick, we always did this. Was a very nice experience right through bangkok the bike on the boat a crossing to the other part of bangkok cycled through the local streets and through the jungle. Learned a little Thai word.

Super fun and varied bike tour led by a local Thai Guide. Through various residential areas we cycled to the green heart of Bangkok. Fun and useful stops, interesting facts and good food along the way at local stalls. Highly recommended!

Really good way to experience Bangkok and the green areas. During the bike ride, we cycled through small streets, saw markets, schools and had a few good talks along the way. Our guide Michiel was sweet, funny and always ready to answer questions. All in all a really good experience!

It was fine, we had a private tour where we were asked what we wanted to see: especially the green part. However, 2/3 of the route went too quietly through the city. Lots of breaks in the busy city because the guide (who did not speak Dutch, which was discussed) was tired. The lap in the green loop was short.
Hoi Laura & Tom, jammer dat we jullie niet voor 100% tevreden hebben kunnen maken en dat ik niet zelf de tour heb kunnen doen. Jullie hadden een beetje laat geboekt anders had ik het kunnen regelen. Als een compensatie van geen Nederlands sprekende gids hebben we er een prive tour van gemaakt (zonder extra kosten). Onze gids (Cream) is ALTIJD heel erg gemotiveerd om er iets moois van te maken en hebben ook nog nooit klachten over haar gehad. Nogmaals jammer dat jullie het zo hebben ervaren en als jullie besluiten om toch nog een keer mee te gaan reserveer dan iest eerder zodat we wel een Nederlandstalige gids kunnen regelen.
