Everything was right except for the water I was expecting clear water. The service was excellent Not everything you see in the photos of Crab Island is real, but I had a pleasant time.
We paid for the experience for two. Showed up and they didn't have room on the the boat so offered each a of us a seat on 2 different boats or to return our money. We literally booked the event to spend time together so we requested a refund. It's been two months and we still have not received our money back.
Captain Mike was great. He plays good music. Slows down so you can see the dolphins. Provides bottled watter and floats and water toys to play with in the water. 10/10 highly recommend

We booked the 10am tour & that was a good time for us as a family. Later in the day tours seemed to get really busy. The staff was nice & friendly & the boat was not full for 10am so it was another plus.

This experience was fun and worth the money. Made friends with the others on our boat and had a good time. Its BYOB, towels, sunscreen etc. Cool floats available to rent at the floating general store on Crab Island
I was instantly greeted by the captain Mike who was kind enough to hold my things while I got onboard. The playlist was perfect for all genres and a varying demographic of people which makes it even that much more fun! The service was top notch and I will return again. They even helped me take my debit card out of my wallet several times while I was in the water so I could walk around and make purchases which is gratefully appreciated
I recommend calling before booking, my booking was canceled 2 hours before it was time to get on the boat.
