It started bad as I was told last minute that I could not be picked up at the location I booked because it was a last minute booking and they could not reach the driver. It was an obvious lie as during the day the driver picked up numerous calls and was always reachable. I had to hurry to the different location and I was rather upset. I don’t think this is a professional behavior and very disrespectful to the customers. However Johnny, the tour guide/driver made it instantly better. He’s been very entertaining and helpful during the entire day. I found Niagara Falls rather tacky but the falls itself were stunning. I took the boat ride and it was so much fun.

No delays. All according the schedule. Guide provided indications. Recommended. I started from a hotel in the Airport

Excellent tour guide, Mr Ali very knowledgeable and patient Enjoyable with kids, and takes care of all tickets and fast track through lines, making a wonderful day

I would not recommend this tour. My partner and I chose this tour as it was one of very few that allowed us to go to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake which we were most excited for. They told us to be 10 mins early for the pick up location, however, the bus was running 40 minutes late. Following Niagara Falls a group of 4 people did not show up to the bus at the allocated time (the bus driver was very clear in his communication - not his fault). The company policy was to wait for all guests to return to the bus prior to moving on even in the event they are late. This was not articulated when purchasing tickets. As a result we had to sit on the bus waiting for 1 hour. This meant the second half of the trip was rushed and we didn't even get off the bus at Niagara on the Lake (a large part of why I booked this tour). I was extremely disappointed that the company policy ruined our once in a lifetime trip. When I reached out to them they offered my partner and I a $25 combined refund which is appalling for missing out on a whole hour of our trip. Highly disappointing.

The Falls are fantastic! Our driver was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us. Tour operator was prompt in responding to questions we had prior to trip. Lunch site didn't seem prepared for large groups but it was adequate. Be prepared for a long ride home as traffic back to Toronto can be heavy. Tour also picked up and dropped off at both downtown and airport, adding to the time it took to get back.

Gary the driver of the bus, was very friendly and excellent at explaining the sites etc. overall a great experience. As a driver Gary came as very experienced and safe.

Great trip, was late for pickup but then all went smoothly, driver very entertaining, highly recommend to take the boat ride

We signed up for this tour but were assigned to another one. Similar, but different, itineraries. We did not get to do the Journey Behind the Falls, which we were supposed to do. The tour to which we were assigned went to a maple syrup tasting and included, for a fee, a buffet lunch at the Sheraton, with a view of the falls. If we had wanted the maple syrup tasting and lunch, we would have signed up for that tour. I do not agree with our tour guide’s advice we would get more out of doing the lunch with the view, rather than doing the Journey behind the Falls. Two very different activities. Very disappointed we could not do the journey. Niagara Falls itself and the boat tour were great! Johnny, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and very willing to share his knowledge. However, his self-praise all day was too much. We were to have hotel pickup and drop off. Pickup was fine. Due to traffic conditions, Zoom Tours arranged for us and another man to be taken to our hotels by Uber. Johnny instructed the Uber driver we were to be dropped off at the same hotel as the other man. We then had to walk over to our hotel. Granted it was not particularly far, but one of us has mobility issues and it was raining. We should have been taken to our hotel.

Good service, personalized, guide Jhonny knows more languages other than English so he helped us a lot. You pass quickly without queuing up.

We had a great time despite the weather and Johnny our tour guide was fantastic. Prompt pickup from hotel, with an e-mail confirmation the night before. Due to bad weather and a road accident Zoom tours organised an uber, so we did not have to be on the bus for an extra 2 1/2 hours. We only have good thing to say.
