If I may say, for the first time in New York, this was by far the worst experience. If I explained everything, it would be a very long story. Do NOT book. Do NOT go. Respect your family's time and your hard-earned money. Never again.
We opted for the 2 day pass that included hop on/ hop off tours if uptown & downtown, it also included a night time tour & a boat cruise past the Statue of Liberty. This tour was amazing value for money & way cheaper & with more stopping points than other similar tour operators. We literally felt as if we’d seen all of New York within 2 days which seemed an impossible feat. The night tour was amazing & gave the most stunning views of Manhattan at night. The boat tour included also allowed us to see the Statue of Liberty up close. The one thing to note is that whilst downtown tours run every 15 minutes, the uptown tours which you need to see Central Park are every hour & the bus stops for the uptown or downtown tours starting & end points are in different locations to each other
One of a kind. great service. worth money
AB was such a helpful young man, thank you 😊 keep up the good work
It was really good, totally worth the price for someone who is solo and wants a full experience
This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! Horrible, wasted almost $220 for 3 people. Didn’t see anything. It was like riding the city bus , no tour whatsoever and don’t believe the ticket pushers when they say that the bus is air conditioned. It’s not! Will NEVER get scammed again by this company. Lesson learned
The audio didn’t work half the time. Was here and did this about 10 years ago and it was much better with a live tour guide. The audio wasn’t talking about things we were driving by at that time as it would depend on traffic and signals. I felt like I learned a lot more about the city and sites with a live person. Brought our kids this time and was looking forward to the bus ride but was pretty disappointed.
Aweful. Uptown busses never pass. Waiting min 2 hours. No service. Avoid it.
There are people all over Times Square and everywhere else trying to sell you this. We did purchase two tickets for$115. What a waste. They did not come every 15 minutes as told. The places to catch these buses weren’t easily identifiable. I was talked in to this at 2:15 in the afternoon. Finally hopped a bus at 4 something. Went around once and had to hop off because bus time ended at 6 pm. If you are overweight and need an easy way to get around, get your ticket early and get clear instructions!! We walked that entire bus route over the next three days for free. Sadly- I threw away that money
My wife and I have just finished a tour of Downtown New York. The staff were less than welcoming. They were discussing a diversion to the route. The bus had no maps, we couldn’t follow the route. After we were underway I notice other customers had ear pieces, I went to the driver and asked where they were, she said “I told you where they were when you came on”, she never said a single word to me! The commentary was sporadic and never once said “alight here for The Empire State Building” for example. Without a map or that kind of useful instruction we were blind. From Canal Street all the way up the side of the Hudson River to where we alighted on 8th Avenue, there wasn’t one single piece of commentary. That was over half an hour. I don’t believe there was nothing to say about the historical poises we passed. A very expensive disappointment.
