Disfrute de una excursión de un día a tres de los destinos más emblemáticos de la Toscana : Montalcino, sede del famoso vino Brunello; Pienza, reconocida por su queso Pecorino; y Montepulciano, conocido por su prestigioso vino Nobile. Viaja por la Val d’Orcia, declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, a bordo de una minivan premium con aire acondicionado, conductor de habla Inglés y agua de cortesía. Experiencia en grupos pequeños, máximo 8 participantes. Tenga en cuenta que de noviembre a abril, y en caso de mal tiempo, el almuerzo se llevará a cabo en el interior. 08:00 AM: Conozca a nuestro conductor de habla inglesa y ¡comencemos el recorrido!
09:45: La primera parada será en una gran bodega en Montalcino... La bodega es propiedad de una familia local y, hablando con ellos, ¡no tendrás la sensación de visitar su lugar de trabajo sino su hogar!.. .Conocerás todo sobre Brunello di Montalcino: las técnicas del viñedo, el proceso de elaboración del vino, su crianza y, por supuesto, ¡cómo apreciarlo bebiendo diferentes añadas!
11:30: disfrute de una parada rápida de 15 minutos para disfrutar del castillo di Montalcino y su pequeño centro de la ciudad.
12:15: Llegada a Pienza, un pueblo papal famoso por su queso pecorino, tendrá la oportunidad de disfrutar de un almuerzo superior en un ex convento del siglo XV y algo de tiempo libre. ¡Se servirá una increíble comida de 3 platos que incluye vino y agua en un colorido jardín con una vista impresionante de Val d'Orcia! (disponible de abril a octubre incluidos, en invierno el almuerzo se servirá en el interior) Después del almuerzo, tendrás tiempo libre para descubrir la encantadora ciudad de Pienza, donde podrás apreciar el centro histórico, disfrutar de los miradores y visitar las famosas queserías.
14:45: Aquí nos guiarán a través de una bodega histórica llamada "La ciudad subterránea" que se encuentra en la planta baja de una tienda de vinos local. A la salida de la ciudad subterránea, será recibido por una degustación de vinos y otras especialidades gastronómicas. Antes de partir nos aseguraremos de que tengas suficiente tiempo para visitar la plaza principal, situada en lo alto del pueblo, ¡desde donde podrás tomar las últimas fotos!

The whole experience was very good, from easy pick-up in city center to amazing wine and food to stunning views. The only thing missing was the stop in the town of Montalcino. This was not explained and disappointing. The wine and food stops are ample time but we did have time to see anything in the town of Monterpulciano other than the underground cellar and Pienza was very fast. Do this tour for the wine, not necessarily the towns. We learned a lot about Tuscan history and very much enjoyed our trip.

Wonderful trip exploring the beautiful Val d’Orcia region. It was a small group of just three people, so felt very personal and relaxed. Our driver Luca was great, providing lots of information about the region and making lots of extra stops for great photo opportunities. The two wineries we visited were superb, with excellent wines. The restaurant had one of the best views I've ever seen. Highly recommended tour!

Wonderful full day experience in Val d’Orcia! The wine tasting with food pairing in Montepulciano is very well done, the lunch in Pienza is delicious and in a beautiful setting, and the winery visit in Montalcino is great! Our guide/driver Lucca was amazing and very friendly! Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to venture out of the city to taste exceptional wine and food!

We had a great time on this tour! The wineries were great, the lunch was a full lunch with app, pasta dish and dessert and a glass of wine. We also had meats, cheeses and spreads at the second stop. There was more than enough food for the full day. The tastings were significant (6-8 wines at each). There was a lot of history shared by Simona and we had a great group of folks who joined. We actually ended up spending time with them afterwards as well! Great tour and great value.

The restaurant is no longer the one with the view. This allegedly premium tour now takes you to a cheap restaurant outside the old town with no view, an unpleasant and uninterested owner, and food which could honestly be described as average at best. We were furious as this was supposed to be, per the website, a lunch in a convent overlooking the Val d'Orsia... What we expected to be the highlight of our trip. Instead we had a brief walk past the views and through the town before being led to this dump. I complained to the driver but he said they aren't dealing with that restaurant any more and it's closed... But we walked past other places with the view, so they could have found a decent alternative at least! The first vineyard we visited was nice, in Montepulciano, but the tour is free to all visitors anyway. There was no time to see the rest of the town. The second vineyard was interesting but the tour was minimal. We had a quick walk around the town, a two minute stop at the view and that was it. Basically, the only premium thing about this expensive tour is that the groups are small and that you are in Ford minibuses with leather seats and if you are lucky a nice driver (ours was excellent I must admit). You would be better off renting a car, the tasting experiences can be bought for 25 euros and the lunch place is crap.

We completely understand your frustration. We are sorry that the alternative restaurant did not meet your expectations and that it detracted from what should have been a memorable day in Val d'Orcia. Great tour and value. Visit includes two stops (1) Younger female run winery Patrizia Cencioni, solid Brunellos (2) Lunch in Pienza, at a great restaurant with most most insane countryside views (3) Montepulciano winery that’s mind blowing. Ancient winery Cantina Ercolani. This is where they have full range, full body brunellos. Pairing with food/cheese. Our guide here Luisa was spectacular. The knowledge and wisdom she shared made the experience 5x ⭐️. Highly recommend. Leave at 9am, back in Florence 6:30pm.

This was an amazing tour and met all our expectations!! There were a total of 7 in our tour, including my husband and I. Simona was our driver and she provided excellent commentary on the drive. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We stopped at two wineries, each had a large array of fantastic wines to try. Excellent wine, food, and views!! I highly recommend this tour!!
