We booked a group tour to Nairobi National Park with Sylgam Travels, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip to Kenya. The Spa is very nice hot and relaxing for adults and kids. It's good for a day activity and the pools are great for achy muscles and bones and even fun for the very old. However the pool floors are slimy there was no soap in the showers and the showers could do with repairs to fix bare electrical wires and faulty showers. Other amenities are basic and the food is blah!
Thank you for the honest review. The spa is managed by the geothermal company which is in charge of the pool's condition and maintenance. We shall however forward your concern to the relevant persons with the hope that you and other visitors get a better experience in future.
