Itinerario

Our experience with this Alcazar tour was extremely disappointing. The website system doesn’t work properly — we spoke with an online agent who confirmed a name swap for one of our colleagues, and we could even see the change on the updated tickets. Yet at the agency, staff denied the update and refused entry, causing one of our colleagues to miss the tour completely. We were also asked to provide passport details twice, first just name and number, then later “all information.” In the end, no one checked any passports — only names were called at the Alcazar entrance. To make things worse, the tour guide was very rude, starting by saying: “If you don’t want to be here, then please leave — I don’t need you.” Two of our colleagues left right away, and she repeated similar comments during the tour. Overall, between the broken booking system, unnecessary personal data requests, and unprofessional guide, I do not recommend this tour agency at all.
Very good tour with great explanations of the history by the guide, a lovely lady but we forgot her name. Palaces are beautiful and central location is great, just a short walk from the meeting point to the monument and you can stay after the tour to explore the monument further.
Our tour guide Abel was excellent. Very knowledgeable and clearly interested in his subject matter. We were a small group and I felt he dealt with the questions of the group members very well. It was apparently his first tour in English, which was very surprising as it was so good.
White umbrella is 100% reliable. We booked the free walking tour on our first day, well organised and easy to follow joining instructions by Maria. Then second day tour to Alcaraz. Our guide ‘ Alex/ Alejandro, was brilliant and loved every minute, glad we booked with white umbrella for both experiences, loved them. I would suggest booking your entry tickets from them also.
We had a lovely visit at the Alcázar with Julio. He was super friendly and patient- he never made us feel rushed to get through the tour. He was very knowledgeable and good at keeping us engaged in the history he was sharing with us. It turned out to be a very busy day at the Alcazar but Julio did a good job taking us to less crowded spots when possible. Having a guide like Julio made the experience much richer and more memorable for all of us. Gracias Julio!
Mandatory visit. Aliz a person with a lot of knowledge and made our visit very enjoyable. Then you have time to walk around the gardens.
Excellent knowledge of the places visited by the two guides Cristina (Juderia) and Juanma (Alcazar). Competent and nice. Cristina made us understand everything while speaking only in Spanish. Juanma instead spoke good Italian. Interesting and fascinating places. Recommended these tours
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, provided fascinating history of Alcazar palace, which made our tour a highlight of our stay in Seville!
Lou was an excellent guide. She had amazing knowledge of the history of Real Alcatraz and Spain. She answered all our questions. She took time to explain everything and made the whole tour enjoyable.
We did the Tour of the Alcazar of Seville and it was very entertaining, especially thanks to our Guide Julian. The common thread of Julian’s history of the Alcazar was sensational, helping to understand the visit much more and to value everything we saw. Then when the guided tour ended we could walk around the gardens. It's worth investing an hour strolling through that wonder. We'll do it again when we get back to Seville
