Despite a horrible weather day we still had great time visiting all the sights.
The overall trip was fantastic. Our guide and driver Kumar was lovely. He made sure that everyone was having a great time. He was funny and knowledgeable. The stops along the way were great; the floral clock, the whirlpools, the maple syrup tasting, the behind the falls and the Niagara Falls boat tour. I thought we were done when Kumar informed us that we had one more stop which was the tower. Everything was great.
The whole trip was excellent and very enjoyable. The driver/ guide, Saurabh Kumar deserves great commendation. He was very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, whilst maintaining the time discipline. The length of stop times was just right. In summary, a very well run tour enhanced by Mr Kumar. I would highly commend him and his company.
The tour overall was good but limited time and we had to rush through each event (although doable). There is ONE exception that is a big issue. The listing (# 3 in itinerary) said that we have - FREE time to go to attractions but we did NOT stop there or had time to do the following attractions : * Niagara SkyWheel, Niagara SpeedWay ; Dinosaur Adventure Golf ; Movieland Wax Museum,& more. That was a big dissapointment and a factor in our decison to book. The rest was fine. Pickup location was confusing (make sure you go around the building on BAY street and not on the other side where you ALSO see yellow chairs! We didn't know there were more yellow chairs around the corner , so we almost missed the bus until he called us which was actually great and appreciated. Driver / tour guide was a good guy, doing the best tour he could for us but just the description was not right and that may not even be on him .. but the people who submitted the description ? I already made Viator aware of this. The falls was great and an experience everyone should do.
Great day out. Not normally a coach tour fan but this was pretty relaxed and didn’t feel like a hard sell. The falls are immense and the boat tour was great fun.
Our experience was awesome!! Haroon was great , informative , and guided us every step of the way. We did the journey behind the falls tour, Niagara Falls boat tour, and the Skylon tower tour. We were able to skip the lines and he brought all of us our tickets for every tour. We stopped to see the floral clock , whirlpool, and taste maple syrup and chocolate. We had plenty of stops to get snacks, gift shop, and use the rest room if needed. I went with my 79 year Mother -+2 kids and they were very accommodating to any of her needs. We got some great pics from all the spots!

The arrangements and instructions were very good the guide Kumar was excellent. He was knowledgeable, kind and efficient.
Haroon was amazing! This tour was perfect for a solo traveler as myself who had decision fatigue. I highly recommend the boat tour! The bus was extremely comfortable and the stops were well curated.
The guide is good however time enforcement is not great. Many travelers did not honor the time given, we ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes for one of the stops after the assigned time. It is frustrating that you kept waiting for those people. To be fair we need to make sure everyone is respectful of others’ time.

It is always a difficult balancing act for our guides when guests are late. If we leave them behind, we are often criticized for abandoning travelers; if we wait, it unfairly impacts respectful guests like yourself. We truly try our best to manage these situations, but unfortunately, we cannot always control the inconsiderate actions of individuals.
