En este tour caminareis, junto a un guía local, por el barrio de "La Latina" para descubrir su historia a través de algunas de las tabernas más auténticas que aún quedan en Madrid. Nuestro objetivo es que tengáis la posibilidad de jugar a ser locales mientras degustáis la gastronomía local. Para eso, os invitamos a recorrer junto a nosotros las calles de este barrio tan emblemático. Así podréis conocer nuestra cultura, sus costumbres y sus dichos y experimentar la verdadera magia que es vivir en esta gran ciudad. Ven con ganas de comer, te aseguramos que saldrás satisfecho de este encuentro!

Itinerario
Al inicio del tour conversaremos un poco de la historia de Madrid, qué es el Madrid de los Austrias y cómo influyó la historia en la comida local. Nuestro objetivo es que puedan conocer un Madrid auténtico, un Madrid local.
El barrio de "La latina", barrio de toda la vida, a día de hoy alberga mucho turismo pero si sabes buscar puedes encontrar los mejores lugares. Tabernas de toda la vida donde puedes probar las tapas más típicas de esta ciudad. Haremos paradas en diferentes lugares para degustar la gastronomía local.
El "Mercado de San Miguel" es el mercado más famoso que se encuentra a día de hoy en Madrid. Su visita es una parada obligada si es tu primera vez en esta ciudad. Y si ya lo conoces, nunca está de más volver a visitarlo.
En nuestro recorrido haremos una parada en Plaza Mayor. La Plaza más emblemática que se encuentra en Madrid. Aquí hablaremos un poco de la importancia de esta plaza para la ciudad y su historia.
Nuestro último restaurante se encuentra en la calle bordadores muy cerca de Plaza Mayor. Allí degustaremos las últimas tapas que seleccionamos para este recorrido y a la salida finalizaremos con el tour.

Our guide Maya did an amazing job. The first stop on the trip The family restaurant Casa Paco was not a good experience, the staff did not greet and it seemed almost as if they had forgotten we came, we were served red wine in wet glasses that were not washed off properly. The other 3 stops on the trip were ok

This was a super fun food tour. Our guide, Maya, was very knowledgeable about the food we tasted and how it is prepared. She knew about the history of the area and the buildings. There were 3 different food and wine stops and each was very different, but very good. We enjoyed the walk through some neighborhoods we had not been before. The tapas all were so good, as well as the wines. We were able to taste the Spanish vermut, which was very different for us. A super nice evening with good food and a very good guide.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I had in Madrid. The food was absolutely incredible, and Maia’s passion for Spanish cuisine made it even more enjoyable. We visited local spots I would’ve never found on my own, and the service throughout the tour was top-notch — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
